In America, we call the pipe fitter a “fitter”. Not a plumber. We call a person that installs plumbing a “plumber”. You do beautiful work. Thank you for the video.

@@brianstratton8767 Hello. Plumbers do residential work and commercial work. I’ve plumbed houses, schools, hospitals, multi story office buildings, restaurants, etc. I’ve also fitted for welders. The fitter normally reads the plans, cuts the pipe, bevels the pipe ends, and orients the fittings to the correct angles. The welder tacks the fitting to the pipe and makes the weld. I’m not saying the welder isn’t capable of the fitter’s job but he is normally too busy welding.

У меня начальник спросил почему я так долго варю металокаркас... я подвел его поближе к конструкции показал шов "видите как красиво и прочно получаеться? Если буду спешить то так не получиться. " больше он мне вопросов не задавал... конструкцию закончил в срок. Респект мастеру... отличная работа.👍

Why is the weld made with the two ends of the pipe so far from each other? Why can't the pipe ends be closer and make less of a gap? You have really good skills. 👍

Bonito trabajo. Debe ser complicado realizar esa soldadura y además de evitar que la deformación por el calenton (HAZ) de la soldadura cambie las medidas del spool. Alguna dato para minimizar las deformaciones?

Lol 😂. I love that. I did that last week. Check your fit guys. Don’t fall for the trap. Plumber tried to trap him and he acted like a professional. That’s years of experience. Good job 👍. Like it was nothing. Some people don’t understand. I can tell from that short clip that the man knows how to weld.

저런 것은 가운데 부분을 반제 뽑아주고 하면 용접사가 훨 수월합니다. 그러나 취부사들도 반제가 귀찮고 당일 생산 물량이 적어져 안하려고 합니다. 저는 20년 동안 배관 취부로 인정 좀 받았는데 진정한 프로는 전체 공정을 용접사와 의논해서 하면 쉽고 더 빠르게 할 수 있습니다. 이제는 처우개선도 안되고 갖가지 근골격질환에 시달리다 조선소를 떠나 취부 용접을 하고 있는데 나름 가접도 제법했는데 막상 풀용접을 해보니까 자세도 안나오고 파이프 용접이 정말 힘들다는걸 알았습니다. 화면 보니까 정말 잘하긴 하네요. 비록 어깨가 유연성이 떨어지지만 저도 용접에 도전하려고 다시금 CO2하고 있습니다. 용접이 해보면 해볼수록 신기하고 재미있는듯 합니다. 정말 잘봤습니다

Those welded joints on the inside don't look flow friendly, will cause lots of turbulence. It does look nice on the outside 🙂

I think the trap is that it’s super heavy and has a wide gap that could cause deformation once you start welding it

I think the gap is too wide. Iirc a gap is always needed to ensure the weld can reach throughout and not merely the outer surface. But if you make it too wide, its a waste of rods to fill it back, waste of labour, waste of time.

고생이 마느십니다 오스테나이트인 304는 반드시 저탄소급인 304L 배관 및 308L 용접봉을 사용하셔야 됩니다. 그렇지 않으면 예민화현상에 의해 핀홀이나 균열이 발생됩니다. 백비드도 최적으로 만들어져야됩니다. 감사합니다

@@FletcherHillier я говорю только про образование обратного валика, я понимаю что сварочный шов уступает по характеристикам основному металлу, чтобы это невилировать и делается усиление сварного шва..

@@FletcherHillier 3мм это самый обычный зазор при сварке толстостенных труб, сварочный шов стягивает детали более плотнее.
