So the show was good before this episode… but then this one just took the show to another level. Which I suppose also correlates to Olivia herself levelling up.

Neuroplasticity is real. There are studies that show that children can adapt and acquire new skills significantly faster than adults, one of the studies was done by rigging a bicycle to turn right every time that the rider turns the handlebar left, and vice versa; and when given to adults and children to ride it, the children adapted much faster to it than the adults.

Yeah, this is why kids can learn multiple new languages at younger ages which becomes much more difficult as they grow up. As adults our brains have been sort of hard wired so to speak, and it’s much more difficult to develop the connections and pathways in our brain that make language development easier.

Yeah Fringe is a spectacular show. Anna Torv as Olivia Dunham is amazing. And Walter is the most entertaining mad scientist in television or movie history.

What a happy intro. I haven’t had a great day actually but you cheered me up a little by asking. I hope you had a great day anyway. You seemed happy.

Thanks! I don't particularly remembered when I filmed this but I'm pretty sure I was. I'm glad that I helped!

Yeah, the thing about only using 10% of our brains is a bit of a misunderstanding. We use all of our brain but only use about 10% at any given time. This is how we are supposed to use our brains. Epilepsy, for example, is a condition in which too much of the brain, or nervous system, becomes active at the same time; random firings of neurons causing seizures. Using all our brain at once would likely kill us. By the way... could you recommend one of those books you mentioned with the dimension jumping, etc. I guess you read mainly in French, but I'll try to find an English version where possible. Thanks.
