First, Thank you for doing this reaction video about Rewind Indonesian. but sorry I don't really know what Indonesian songs are currently popular right now. But maybe I can help suggest some international artists from Indonesia, and some genres of music originating from Indonesia. We have several artists whose careers are abroad or maybe heard internationally such as "Rich Brian", "Niki", "Warren Hue", "Stephanie Poetri" whose career at "88Rising" in the US. We also have "Dita Karang" who has a career as an Idol group in Korea. We also have "Lyodra" which recently won an award in Asia. We have DJ group "Weird Genious" which you have seen one of the members in this video, and "Agnez Mo" is a singer who is very total when performing. We also have several genres of music from Indonesia such as "Keroncong music" which, if I'm not mistaken, once got something from the British Kingdom (maybe). We also have "Campursari music", and "Dangdut music".

So... The story of this rewind refer to a tragedy of Kanjuruhan, which is a tragedy at the stadium Kanjuruhan that claimed hundreds of lives. basically these victims were local Indonesian football fans who were involved in the chaos that broke out between several individuals and the police/stadium guard which forced the police to fire tear gas and trapped hundreds of innocent people in the crowd, trampled on, and ended up dying on the spot or during the evacuation process. It was a shocking news and many people blamed the police for such decision. Also, theres alot you miss indeed cuz theres no subtitle here, but so far you got the feel of this video, thats more than enough. Big thanks for Chandra Liow as producer and Deddy Corbuzier as a vessel for youngster to create their dream and artistic ideas. Also thanks for reaction to this video, big love 💜💜♥️🤍

A lil info about this woman, Najwa Shihab is one of the journalists in Indonesia who is very brave to speak up and criticize officials and all the country's problems here. So, that's why she's here, and also she's famous for giving short speeches/poems like this at the end of every show that discusses the issues and problems of this country. Talking about this year's Rewind video, I think it's been good. But for me it's still better the previous year in 2021 as well as 2020. But 2021 is my favorite because it's more touching for me. Maybe you can do this reaction too. Don't worry, this one has English subtitles so it will make it easier for you to understand the contents of the video. You can check on the Indonesian KZfaqrs channel. One more thing, why is this year on a different channel? Because the owner of this channel is one of the most famous and influential people in Indonesia. And Deddy Corbuzier, who usually appears on Rewind, but this time he was the one who took part in initiating and financing this year's Rewind content.

Wow thx for the reaction, though u probably mostly don't understand the language but at least u get the message right 😊 much appreciated thx. So.. rewind 2022 apparently is not as grand as rewind 2021 ( if u haven't react to it, u should coz it's super good n u'll cry ur heart out in the end 😅) The tragedy of Kanjuruhan claimed hundreds of lives for reasons that truly unacceptable related to authorities. The girl is the older sister of the boy (Nawa) who died in the tragedy (kaka means older brother/sister). I guess this video encourages us to replace animosity with understanding and caring and sense of brotherhood. Oh and the fashion show things, it was a phenomenon called Citayam fashion week in Jakarta where everyone can come with their own fashion sense and hang out fashionably along the street, no matter who u are, n got chances to be covered by famous medias 😁 the talk between the guys were politics related criticisms.. but sadly though i didn't see Alfy reff here 🥲 For Indonesian artists, u should check out Alip bata (he's guitar playing is amazing), Afgan, Raisa, padi, dewa, Judika, Noah, lyodra, mahalini, Novia Bachmid, chakra Khan, Barsena, if u like cover songs u should check out See U on Wednesday (they are so good).. oops long enough 😆 thx again for ur reactions 😊

So the beginning basically talking about how Indonesia been suffering with lot of things and now it's time to change for the better. The part when you said it's confusing, they're basically do a standup comedy talking about politics, and government. I can't really explain details it's just issues that have been happening here 😆 Kanjuruhan tragedy's part making me cry too! 💔 This video is rewinding things that have been going on throughout the year in Indonesia, like songs, viral videos, althletes, issues, tragedies, etc etc. And I think it's a great video that coverup almost everything. I haven't watch the original video just watch it with you now, but the credit part that's on this video is talking about stop doing bad things and do good things instead, and make Indonesia better. That's a simplest summary I could give 😆

If you want to know who dance Blackpink in this video, they are 'Pink Panda', dance cover group from Indonesia for Blackpink. The concept of their cover video to their outfit was made as similar as possible to Blackpink. You can check their covers on KZfaq, some of them: Shut Down, Pink Venom, How You Like That, Lovesick Girl, etc. Members: Natya Shina as Rose, Vella as Jennie, Asyifa as Lisa, and Vina as Jisoo. FYI: Pink Panda won the Awesome Swag Award at the Samsung Indonesia event. They were judged directly by Blackpink.

Since this channel done some anime reaction, I wonder if this channel only does reactions about music? or can also do other reactions? and also now doing reactions about Rewind Indonesia. because this video is more like a presentation or a show. And if I may suggest something like this, I'd like to recommend something similar. If you may have watched FIFA World cup 2022 Qatar. N you've watched the opening ceremony as well, it would make more sense. Because When Indonesia hosted the Global event, We usually present a music and dance performance. In 2022 last year when hosting guests from countries at the G20 meeting for dinner in Bali we presented a show not only for the guests but also for the world. And in 2018 when hosting the Asian games.
