I clicked on this thinking: how disturbing can a beat saber song be? After watching I have concluded: Very, beat saber can be very disturbing. It gave me literal goosebumps of unease and I’m not an easily disturbed person.

One time I was playing beat saber in a public lobby and when I joined one of the matches, it was in the map as if they were in the middle of a game, but it was empty. The names in the leader boards were “mr. Invisible” and it was silent and dark. I left almost immediately, but that still scared me lol.

I remember this song went around on newgrounds for a while as "don't do drugs men" and Zylenox made a Geometry Dash level using it. that level was called peaceful btw. I don't recommend playing it because it is a total lag machine. it's also way more disturbing than this.

I think the scariest thing is the fact you went from cutsey bobbing to the song to just fully still only moving your arms

When something that's supposed to be scary starts off super cute and happy, YOU KNOW it's about to go down

Tips that might help you get from easy to expert+ like me but I don’t post videos of them: 1-understand how the battery life works when you play a song you will see a white line not the square it just a tiny line down you'll see as you're hitting blocks you will gain more battery life which is all for the good and but if you start to miss blocks or do bad cuts you will lose life very very quickly and you'll see that missing blocks loses life a lot quicker than during the bad cup so you really do want to try and hit every single block even if it's a wrong color even if it's the wrong direction because it will help you survive just that little bit longer. 2- Minds your hand position and what I mean by that is you need to recognize the concept that all of these songs have a flow to them and they're designed to make you move in a rhythm to the majority of the time a block that makes you slice down will be followed by a block that makes you slice back up again so try to keep your own positions in place after a slice to allow you to naturally flow back the opposite way for the following block there are some exceptions to this rule but for the most part this will work 99% of the time. 3-ramp up the difficulty now what I mean by this is if you're stuck on a song you'll find it a bit tricky it's a little bit too fast for you whatever the case may be go and try that same song on the next difficulty level up now again this sounds a little bit mental but give it a good few tries really try and do as best as you can keep trying keep trying keep trying you know and then come back to the lower difficulty and what you're going to notice is that you're gonna infinitely be able to do much better on that difficulty because you've been trying a harder level you know you're getting used to that higher speed so when you come back down it's gonna sing a lot slower a lot less complicated and you will do better. 4- ramp up the speed now this is very similar to the last tip where that was looking at increasing the complexity as well as the speed to get you more used to it this is just purely looking at the speed now you don't have to go 200% you go one hundred twenty hundred thirty but give it a good few tries and when you come back to the normal pace you will find it feeling really really slow and you will find it a lot easier. 5- break it down and what I mean by this is select a specific part of the song that you're finding you know particularly tricky and slow it right down you know slow it down to 50 6070 keep going up in notches until you can get use of that section of the song you know repeat as many times you need to until get up back up to 100% and then try it again for real this is a particular section here in overkill that I struggled with lots and lots oh I did exactly this until I forget up to a hundred percent until I could do it you know comfortably and then I could move on to the rest of the song and for another bit come back to it again just keep on using this tool is really really invaluable. 6- use your wrists you know you'll want to be swinging the lightsabres like mad up and down really heavy slices like you feel you would need to with an actual sword but you know these are lightsabers they just touching they slice roofing so try and avoid doing the big heavy swings you know you can do it in the earlier difficulties you can get away with it but at the higher ones it's just not gonna work you need to be able to use your wrists try to keep your arms in pretty much the same position and instead relax your wrists and use them to do flicking motions to slice through the blocks this might feel a little awkward at first but you'll soon find this natural and it'll be a lot easier to get through those fast sequences. 7- don't panic if you make a mistake during the song don't go crazy and swing your arms like mad trying to get back on course because it won't never work or very rarely what you want to try and do is always pause for a split second if you have to miss a block then you have to miss a block just make sure you hit the next one or the following one after that and get yourself back on course it really will help you out if you do this instead of going crazy obviously your battery life will take a bit of a hit from this pause but if you start flapping your arms like mad you will most likely do more damage than good. And he last one 8- bring a towel you know wear a headband have a flan or a towel handy as this game will get you sweating a lot and you'll need to dry up your face and head set regularly as sweat can literally obscure your vision if it gets on the lenses if you're worried about getting sweat all over their headset then don't really worry too much about it because it is easily wipeable and even baby wipes are a good option to clean your headset when you are finished and that's it those are the 8 tips that will get you from easy up to expert Plus level I'm not a master by any stretch of the imagination these are just what I did to get to where I am now so hopefully you found this useful and this helps you with your efforts to get to a high difficulty complete a specific song.

It’s crazy what people can do with maps like the song up and down it’s crazy mappers are becoming amazing at mapping and that’s why I love to say what mapper made the map and that way if someone else wants to play a map they can download that map by knowing what mapper made the map and search them up and maybe play more of there songs if they are really good
