But I've been learning to meditate and ground myself, which is very difficult due to my adhd. My brain never seems to shut off. My whole life has been a chain of new beginnings and change and the level of difficulty was staggering but my life experience has been very rich indeed and full of love. It was as if all possible good and bad experiences have been condensed in one life and it definitely was not a situation to be envied. Thank you Yes this resonated with my situation Also I'm going through Breast Cancer treatment I lost my sister years ago to Breast Cancer but she was pregnant at the time with my Nephew Then my mum who chose no treatment in her late 70s. Then my brother in his late 50s passed also in 2018 with a type of stomach cancer. So I said I will be the first to survive this! Also I learned what to eat and gave up meat and junk food and alcohol and mainly have whole plant based foods so that helps the planet also don't eat dairy products as lactose intolerant. So lots of fresh fruit and veggies seem to help and less meat and junk foods and no alcohol. Try to buy Organic unprocessed foods if affordable. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas and use spices. I'm basically eating some wild caught fish occasionally, and tofu and mainly organic veggies and fruit and Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk and Nuttlex for butter Also only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil not seed oils or canola. Lots of polyphenols in dark fruits like blueberry and dark grapes and Brocolli good also and Garlic. Learning the correct diet helps. Also 1 square of dark 85% Coco chocolate at night. Also ginger tea helps with inflammation as does grated ginger in smoothie. Also cut out white flour, white rice and white bread and pastries and pies Only eat wholemeal bread, brown rice. Also I try to use "Good Earth" products for cleaning so it is better for the environment. Also stopped burning candles or using plastic food containers as the plastic can leach into your food. Also threw out my yoga mat and pilates mat as toxic fumes. Use a natural mat instead like cotton or jute. I pre boil and cool down my tap water before bottling it in the fridge. Black pepper is good too Also Tumeric with black pepper to activate it. But don't use Tumeric or garlic before an operation as it makes you bleed more as it thins the blood. Going for a walk if possible helps also. Keep up the arm exercises given by physio after Lymphnodes removed helps prevent Lymphodemia developing. I have undergone 6 rounds of Chemo and 8 of Targeted therapy drug 3 operations One to put in the Portacath then a Lumpectomy and senital Lymphnode Disection Now just had more Lymphnodes removed. Then will have Radiation therapy and more Chemotherapy treatment and then some tablets. So it's been a long journey since September last year! Hoping to finish by Christmas and go back to a normal life Might go on a short holiday first to the beach to celebrate Hoping to break the cycle like you said.
