I know that some or all of these are set-ups, but I still find the whole idea kind of amusing. I've actually watched a SEAL Team member, a little guy built like Bruce Lee, put all the plates that would fit on a bar and press it. The Marine Recon guys who towered over him could not even get the bar off the rack.
