After the series had ended, some rumors emerged that the two are dating, which the agency of Lee Joon-gi denied.

From my observation over all these past years Joon Gi & his fans always celebrate every year all his drama or movie project anniversary but mostly mentions the most about his phenomenal movie King & The Clown & Kdrama/Saeguk Moon Lover (because this drama project is 1 of his highest project that involved to many Actor or Idol Actor & as I see in the beginning of the filming this drama it says that Universal Studios USA has their investment on this project because of Joon Gi popularity rise more in America after his appearance in Resident Evil The Final franchise & IU popularity in USA as Korean Singer)

In naver now LJG's birthday, we can see their conversation. IU said that JG always cheer her up, monitoring her work and take care a little things about her. Until now, they are still connected. So she said, "off course. Uri Prince always watching everything". And she was more talk active when she is near with her close friend and laughed out loud. Love their sweet friendship ❤️❤️
