250ml water -
1 tsp sugar -
7 g yeast -
30 ml oil -
1 tsp salt -
500 g flour

3 cloves garlic

Olive oil
Dried herbs

I tried this recipe, worked great, used my cast iron skillet with lid,, this is the way i am 'baking' bread, on my stove top. thanks again for showing how to do this..

I do like that this is a simpler to prepare version of Pan-Bread than the previous one you've shown. It also will be made during my camping trip.

Using a shower cap or plastic bag saves on the cling film, although you can buy a bio-degradable cling film if you must.

Instead of celery, here in the US we call it parsley, 3 cloves garlic, celery, Olive oil, Dried herbs. Just a helpful hint.
