I love the second and third homes. I am very into Henford-on-Bagley (gardening is one of my hobbies) and I would put the Oasis Mansion in Strangerville. I actually live in the desert, so those houses (except for the platforms and stairs) speak to me. Congrats

Yours was my favourite! I liked all builds but yours in particular stood out to me because of how you made the floorplan flow. It felt cohesive, intentional, and logical. Also liked the live-in but modern vibe and what you had done with the outside. Great job!

People are so talented and patient with their builds. The amount of detail everyone put into the renovations is crazy good whereas I call my builds detailed when I did some terrain paint around bushes and call it a day.

Lots that look gorgeous on pictures are usually a nightmare to actually play in. Too many pathing issues.

@@rosameryrojas-delcerro1059 Cluttered houses have bigger ones. You get significant simulation lag if you block off eligible furniture with clutter, because entire seconds can pass between Sims evaluating adjacent furniture for the action they are supposed to perform and them actually finding one. Usually you completely ruin proximity based pathing, and that's when you end up with a Sim trying to cook in your backyard on the farthest possible counter you set up for a BBQ area, instead of an empty counter second next to the fridge.

The way the first house utilizes the original floorplan and makes it work so incredibly well makes me feel a certain feeling. I want to live in that house. The colors go amazing together and I may use it as inspiration for my own house once it’s finished being built.

Yeahh color choice is amazing, lots of neutral with enough pop of color to not be boring. The layout of the second floor is a bit quirky tho 🤣

There's just something about someone getting genuinely happy and excited over something so small that just hits all the serotonin production points. If I wasn't having a good day before I saw this video, I am now. Which means I'm having a doubly good day because things were already going great!

These builds are top tier the attention to detail and the styles are everything. I’m literally going to place each one in different worlds lol. Also can we get a series where you renovate builds you’ve made since so many packs/kits and base game items have been added to the game now? I think that would be something cool to watch on your channel.

Since Deli renovated his very first build, it'd be interesting to see what James would do with it now! I'd also love to see him finally renovate Column's house without using Hazel. Maybe James can pretend she got called in to finish the house while the older kids were in Moonwood but just use regular build mode and their likes and dislikes for cohesion; maybe they theoretically did finish it prior but Hazel was called in to update a change in taste long after Reginald had moved out etc. so Hazel only saw his baby pictures and she never really met him. 😊

thanks for helping me find my passion in the sims. I started playing when I was 6/7 with Urbz, then I got sims 2 pets for gamecube and haven’t really stopped since. Been without a computer for years now and I’ve only been able to play on my friends computers whenever I get the chance. I think it helped shape a lot of my creativity today and I learned a lot from the game overtime.

I know, I suck at building just boxes for goodness sake. A house I tried to build might be worse than the AI original. I haven't done a legacy challenge because of all the building BS. (I hate CAS too) I know I will be getting the second and third off the gallery. I'll also go through and find a few more unfeatured ones.
