@@WoWUndad this is an amazing point and I think people with your mindset are what make wow PvP the most unbearable. I’m a fan of a large amount of games, fighting games. MOBAS, FPS, but I have never been gatekept more in a community than I have with wow PvP, regardless of if you’re 1500 or 2600, if you aren’t linking current glad, or season past glad, you aren’t playing with glads. The fact there has been less than 50 heck 10 real new glads this season is the real problem, but no one will speak on that because that’s how wow pvpers that don’t stream make a living right, boosting.

Not 100%sure but i think it's for uptime of the poisons on range targets so he don't need run alyways to his targets.

Probably because he's assa and eviscerate is not a thing. Assa usually plays as a rot spec rather than a ST burst, but that's what I see assa rogues do, I'm not a rogue player.

@@Chakafuyo21 you have envenom which is assass version of eviscerate. However your ST burst comes from kingsbane, dance and shiv with empowered garrote and rupture up. If kings is on CD you just send shivs along with bleeds. Envenom is more to refresh your slice and to apply poison - it’ll still hit for 100kish though. He’s using crimson tempest more for aoe, it does more bleed dam than envenom for aoe. Except if you’re using the exploding envenom talent which he’s not. Name of the game rn for assas is bleed shit up till they’re around 50%, kidney for empowered bleed and kingsbane go them, if they have no wall/trinket and no peel they delete; especially with sudden demise extra execute talent when they’re below 35%. Deathmark is meh, I use it for fake go’s like if I send kidney on healer to swap to a dps I’ll deathmark it just to have him sit extra dam as I’m kingsbaning a dps etc etc it helps to do that in a lot of scenarios where a dps may be able to prewall but they don’t because they’ll think full go is on healer then I’ll dance step cheap kings dps - Mglad current 2.7 rogue

@@tommysalami9106 that's good to know, I mainly heal in PvP so I'm not really into most of the stuff some dps specs do, but I'm aware that shiv and kingsbane are more important to look out for than deathmark. Thanks for the tips on how assas work, they'll be slightly easy to heal xD.

@@Chakafuyo21 no problem. Yeah I heal too on an rdruid and rsham mglad on both of those as well. Definitely against assa, when you see a DPS around 60% and rogue pops kings and dance do whatever u can to peel it - clone him, stun him, hex him, fear etc w/e you’ve got especially in solo shuff. Try to save your trinket on the first go and tell your DPS to trinket wall the first kings go because for that next one he’ll either have bomb or blind still and chances are that 2nd DPS is gonna mongo trinket something in between - in other words don’t start trusting your DPS until 2.4-2.5ish minimum. Side note: assa rogues are easily beatable if DPS are spread and not stacked and trinkets are rotated properly. But that’s also why one of the best assa comps rn is assa/uh dk. Everything gets gripped in close and it helps counter shadow play etc playing with a dk as well

Assassination is a spec that is intended to be played as a cleave rot spec. Their row 2 talent Venomous Wounds says every tick of garrote and rupture on a poisoned target generates 7 energy. In a 3v3, that's 42 energy/sec with both bleeds on every enemy with fan of knives or poisoned dagger throw to keep Wound Poison active. The talent Indiscriminate Carnage allows rogues out of stealth to cleave garrotes and ruptures facilitate dotting enemies with these bleeds. On top of that, they also have Thistle Tea which has 3 charges and each restores 100 energy. It's used with goes primarily for its Mastery boost and security of not running out of energy during a go. In a 3+ target scenario, Crimson Tempest takes priority over Envenom since it will always deal 1.5x-2x damage than what it says initially on the tin if it hits 3-5 targets, which is easy to achieve vs comps with minions/pets/guardians. Assassination has had this energy regeneration style since Legion (which was 10 years ago), nothing has changed about it, it's actually a PvE rotation that translates well to PvP.

tbc and wrath pvp are dog ass. cheap shot and kidney not being on the same dr. Sacred cleansing literally just hard countering some classes. And speaking of 15+ minute games have you ever played 2v2, or gone down to a 2v2 in 3v3? the game will literally go on for 45 minutes without dampening

plus the micro cc with imp counterspell, 20 seconds of sheep, fear never breaking is so much worse. If you think tbc is a better pvp experience you're just delusional
