Shifting into the 5D is getting easier and more familiar each day. It really helps that I’ve always been able to see energy. In my Buddhist tradition, we are taught to “flash on” ultimate truth, to awaken our compassionate hearts and rest there. I have always found it is easiest to “flash” visually. If I am vibrating high, I need only to look at the energy in the air and I tap into the 5D. If I am low vibrating, I flash on color. I simply notice any color that jumps out at me in my field of vision, and just appreciate it. That dissolves fears and raises my vibration. If you’re a creative type, you might be interested in Miksang photography. This is where I learned how to flash on color. It’s easy to do with your phone camera and is a wonderful practice! ❤🌟🎊

I just looked up Miksang photography and it is really interesting.....especially because it dawned on me a while back that every time I label something (positive or negative or nuetral, it doesn't really matter) it finalizes the potential of whatever it is I've labeled (for lack of better words)....when I'm able to stop myself from automatically labeling things I've noticed that much more information (or a bigger picture, perspective) forms......it's such a night and day difference of seeing and perceiving the world it's truly mind blowing.....

Wow. Thank you for sharing your experiences. I’m gonna research that photography. I’ve also have ‘vision’ based effects from this new age. There’s ‘something’ there that wasn’t there a few years back. Something in the perception of depth. But when it reveals itself naturally or I induce it by ‘seeing with new eyes’ it also lifts me to a heightened awareness.

I just went through an intense 1 month christianity phase. It got to the point where I was shaking from fear and talking to voices that were trying to get me to "sin". I said screw this I ain't giving into fear we need love! And then I found your video. Made it in the nick of time 😌 I felt my brain splitting no joke. I feel free now. YES!!! Your videos have helped me SO much with integration/healing/ascending. My personal experience: Get your inner children integrated! That is a HUGE leap towards achieving unity consciousness. Integrate your thought form demons (it’s okay, they are just shadow children that need acceptance and love and understanding). Heal your chakra blocks (and blocks in any other parts of any of your systems). This will help you start integrating with your higher self and higher, multi-dimensional lineage. Integrate (heal shadows and balance) your masculine and feminine within. The more parts we integrate, the more shadow we release, and the higher our frequency goes as we bring in more light. Then our healing abilities become even more efficient and powerful because we’re using more of our multi-dimensional selves that can pull in abilities from beyond our current lifetime. We will eventually reach Source, we return Home more and more as we keep going. So keep going!! So much unconditional love is waiting with open arms and has always been there. This is coming out of separation, this is ascension. So much love and light to all of you! Thank you for this video!! ❤❤❤

Two-Step Method to shift faster: 1) Open your third eye. Do this by meditating with your mind empty, devoid of thoughts, then focus your concentration to the center of your eyebrows, focus on it while keeping your mind blank. Do this for 5mins till you can go up to hours. After a month of this, you’re good to move to the next step. 2) Close your eyes and empty your thoughts. Picture The Earth revolving round the Sun. Then picture the Earth as a huge globe and celestial body. Then picture you and people walking down a busy street in the Earth. Then picture yourself meditating. Then picture the bacteria and cells living inside your body. Then picture the amoebas and single cell organisms that make up your cells and bacteria. Then slowly picture these amoebas, and then you realize that amoebas are not a single cell organism, but rather is made up of a collective of tiny conscious organisms, that move together because they have a unified reason or purpose or determination. You begin to see the Uniformity in everything. How we’re all one, yet different in purpose and roles, just for the greater good of making one thing work; The Universe. Repeat this meditation and think deeply about uniformity, do this for up to 6 months. The result is a surprise 😉 Love from 🇳🇬

Sarah, thank you. You just get better and better. You condense the entire design of religion into one single video. As a survivor of being raised in an exclusive Christian cult and flying free from the box of organised religion 9 years ago, I am happy to say that my mind, body and soul healing is continually in expansion. I have been spiritually aware since the age of 10. So I have experienced much sadness and confusion for most of my life as the battle between Truth/religion was fought out in my being. I know I planned this life to break completely away from the cages of power and control and to experience what I can only call "unexplainable bliss" in knowing freedom and feeling a little taste of what my soul knows without a physical body and the earthly dimension.

The first reference to “crystallization” I heard was from Steve Vai talking about bringing conceptual ideas into the material world. He was speaking about music but noted that it the process is universal and applies to all creation processes. This was around the time the album, ‘Sex and Religion’ was released on his label ‘Akashic Records’ (cool name for a record label). Sarah, thank you so much for your deeply insightful yet lighthearted work. You are so loved and appreciated in this world.

Calcification and inflexibility of structure is a reversed archetype 5 theme. The functional 5 is a flexible structure that is able to expand from within itself, endlessly and infinitely. It is also called the Soul Temple Archetype, that when kept flexible, is endlessly infused with more Soul essence and Higher Consciousness.

I resonate with what you say. I sometimes don’t know how to get rid of fear. My brain is like ‘maybe now youre trying to get rid of fear out of fear’. I am raised in a fear mindset. It feels so integrated into my psyche. I am even afraid to be afraid. Any tips? I try to live from the heart and intuition but I struggle recognizing what I even want sometimes.

@@KidKamma I find myself in the same place too. I think you could either do your best to recognize it as a natural reaction as a person and do your best to ‘counter it’ with things like gratefulness for everything, laughter such as the father in My Neighbor Totoro teaches his kids, but never judging the fear as something to need to be rid of. Recognize it, see it, feel it, breathe compassion towards it/yourself, feel it through with a few breathes, and let it go (easier said than done) by surrendering control of whatever the fearful scenario is and giving control to the universal unfolding. A combination of self-effort and shining awareness on these feelings and also a giving it up rather ‘foolishly’ like a person with no fear might seem to most, and moving through it with as total of trust as possible. A constant rememberance that fear in no way helps or serves us much these days except maybe in real dangerous life risking moments as a awareness triggering factor.

Thankyou for reflect what I already realized myself. ♥️🙏 I had 2 “dark nights” and in between lots of “system upgrades”. I stopped counting tower moments after 20+ in the past year. The most important lesson with the crystallization I feel is to understand that love based motivation is loving ALL. Not just the things that’s easy. To understand and be grateful for their part in this world so we don’t need to.

@@fromzenithtonadir_ sure. I’ll give it a try at least ☺️ but it’s about tower moments. So like all big healing you go through. Some of them I saw as “the dark night” because they were really tough, like laying 90 min without being able to move after a realization of a something that needed to be healed. Or other moments when I was breathing through the possibility that my soultwin could have died and only faith on a higher power could get me through. But also it can be much smaller things, small adjustments like realizing you still care what other people think, or when you thought you were all healed but then realize their is a new layer to it. So system upgrades is like on your phone. The big once is “the dark night”. When you have parted all of what you once was and like a new born child starts all over again. Build up from scratch who you are. Can sound great, but it’s truly really hard. My dark nights was second time I “hit the wall” and burned out mentally and like one year into my soultwin journey. So first dark night I started to build up Sandra 2.0, second one I started to build Sandra 3.0. So really huge towers was like 2.1 and 2.2 system upgrades, and the smaller things to heal through you could see as 2.11 or 2.123. Like the further away the “easier” thing. But it’s all about healing and ascension. I suck on explaining in a short way lol. I hope I didn’t make you more confused.🙈🤣♥️

Yes, yes and yes ..... This is a great perspective and I appreciate this discrimination around "false crystallization." Calcification .... Brilliant. This imperative of "Crystallization" is why I so love the space that I hold for other brave souls willing to welcome in what has been turned away from ... I think of this bringing in of our fragmented parts as a treasure hunt! And that expansion/contraction is definitely part of the process of awakening .... We can think when it happens that "I've got it" "I've lost it," but what's happening is expansion, contraction, expansion, contraction over and over until all the contractions have been met in Loving Awareness. This is a great perspective and appreciate this discrimination around "false crystallization." Calcification .... Brilliant. Yes, that must be broken through and can be quite messy, but oh so worth it!! The only way to Truth is to move beyond belief, see for yourself and settle for nothing less.

Since the eclipses last month my body has been totally recalibrating itself. The struggle with Palestine and the shifting from collective apathy to empathy… I’m feeling it in my CNS. Have to keep getting my neck fixed at the chiro and change my diet to much less inflammatory foods to help my skin. It’s exciting times, the unity is palpable!

Thank you Sarah. It sounds like there is no way to tell if we have crystalized correctly (or unintentionally ? calcified) in any given situation. What is the path to find out if we falsely crystalized? How can we assess our growth if there is no way to know that this has happened? It sounds too constrained. If we are still in the experience, there has to be a way to discern our spiritual status. What is that process? If we have to consciously accept a dark night in some part of our experience, better to do it now. How does that happen? Thanks again for all your insights. For me it was checking in on my energy centers. All of my Chakras were spinning backwards (counter clockwise) when I was in a false light spiritual community that I thought was doing powerful ascention work. When I broke free and cut ties formally they went back to spinning normally. That's one way to check yourself.

I think the main ‘barometer’ is to ask yourself if you are feeling fear. If there’s truly no fear, just peace and calm nervous system, then you’re on the right track.

"the challenge of this age is to not falsely crystallize" - to not follow the false light? There is so much false light out there in new age spiritualism and so much wisdom from the mystery sciences. Many modern day psychics (and influencers) believe they are connecting to higher realms and share their journeys but where and what are they actually connecting too? Just because someone had a mystical experience and now believes they are talking to a higher dimensional beings or their higher self, does not always mean that is true or the case. And this is certainly part of the discernment. Is not best before we venture into this work we are aware of the dangers. To that end, is the term New Earth from mysticism? What is this age and how long does it last? I feel there is a lot of false light around these concepts as well and would appreciate your input into them. Heartfelt blessings.

Right now we are in the cycle of ascension. You either go down or up how it all depends on your thoughts actions and beliefs . She is right about the fear frequency... You will get it or more like you'll know you are in a higher consciousness when you get to the point you no longer have any intrusive thoughts or a stream of thoughts and all you have is a buzzing continuos sound in your mind .
