I love, love, love, watching your content and being a supporter. Here and on Twitch. But it is wiiiiiiild how every video you showcase how little you actually read the knowledge book in the game on the cards lol. But I think it adds to the charm hahaha, Either way, keep doin what you're doin!

Since Sword gives a status buff through merging (kind of like witch’s curse), it has good synergy with any deck that uses dryad and harlequin for ranking units up instead of scrapper, such as Gargoyle, Cultist, Monk, and Dark Inquis depending on the build. The most important part of playing with sword is getting the buff on your units as early as possible, as the more non-sword units you have, the harder it will be to get a unit to 10 stacks (only then is its effect comparable to knight statue). However, that’s only possible when your board is ready, which is why Chocobeam seemed to be playing so weirdly. They needed the Inquis to be on a Zeus *and* growth tile for maximum damage potential before they started merging blue swords. When playing with sword, I would recommend copying them with harlequin rather than copying dryads, as you can still merge them into dryads. Since swords can’t buff swords, once you get your board set up, try to get as few other units as possible and merge blue swords before red ones. That way you maximize the chance of getting sword buff on the unit you want to be buffed. If you’re able to get the Awakening talent, get it at once. It’s makes playing with sword so much easier.

You can funnel the sword buffs into your inquis if you limit the number of non sword cards on the field. If you keep inq and 1 or 2 banners on the field you'll get one buff per blue sword. Easiest way to get to the 10 buffs quick

"I wonder what the max buff and debuffs are" It was on screen when you said that. XD It is 10. A buff will cancel one debuff, in case of a mirror match, and vice versa. UNFORTUNATELY until it reaches 10 buffs or debuffs, the only way to see how many it has is by receiving one of either. But when a unit has 10 buffs or 10 debuffs, the little eye icon will have a flame.

I just started on the game… why are there different type of boxes (sword, clock, red color, blue color, etc) on the board & how to make full use of them?

when you play angainst another inquis with shield, try only merging the red swords when he has other inquis on the field, so you can crack open his shield for the late game

10 is max buffs, leveling doesn't matter unless you pick first left side talent. Early game, as low as possible amount of units, spam blue swords. Try to get a level 9 sword to get the right side talent. Keep units down until inquis is 10 buffs, gives more damage/crit damage. Good replacement for Knight statue with a higher level thor, pair with gadget and spear, you can out DPS knight statue mirror easy. You will do more damage with trapper in place of banner. While you won't put out as much speed, the trappers also get benefit from swords, and they can do decent damage and it ends up being more DPS in the long run.

Gotta get swords effect on inquisitor to 10 and a flame above inquis and then switch to copying inquisitor. Sword at 10 stacks on inquisitor is so strong.

How I play it is. I use scrapper instead of dryad. My goal is to get at least 1 level 2 scrapper and 1 level 1 scrapper. I get my inquis to merge rank 4. Then what I do is, I try my best to get 2 at a time of the swords on the board, with as little cards as possible on the board. Then what I do is merge the swords and scrap, merge the swords , and scrap. Once my inquis gets to max merge, I try to work a banner next to it. The entire time, I’m trying to get my inquis to get hit 10 times with the swords. Once I get 10 hits I play a normal inquis deck trying to get as many inquis as possible. Hope you can understand this

Dark inquist still has one protect if other inquis are present. No risk with tribunal

Bottom right was Zeus and sword. No debuff. He was trying to get inquis there and just had rotten luck and made some poor moves.

Nice getting the sword! you don't need to lvl up sword. Just get your 10 buffs on your inquis, that makes you get 270% more damage.

You need to focus on sword more than inquiz stacks

Here's a list of instructions that you can easily refer to when using swords. 1) Merge them. I hope my exhaustive list helps! Note they are not buildings. They don't buff nearby units. They also attack a random enemy with AOE, unless you have the level 9 Ancient Sword talent, which coincidentally you should ignore for the Awakened Sword talent until you have at least the 3rd talent. Another note: swords will never buff your swords. They CAN debuff enemy swords, but if all you have on the field is an Inquis, a Banner and ten swords, all buffs go between Inquis and Banner. This includes buffs obtained from merging swords OR the Awakened Sword lv9 talent.

Got the first talent on sword and it makes a huge difference. DH, dryad (rage fairy) sword (get buff every 15 secs) HQ, mime. Also the Zeus hype and saying the player was holding his own on the FIRST WAY was cringe js. Snowflake could’ve had the same effect. And again it’s the first wave 🤦‍♂️ title be click bait asf not to mention. Everyone posts a video but adds “?” At the end to say it’s not click bait.
