If you have good memories of the past it makes a difference its the ones that cause us suffering we should leave behind because it interfere with you going forward in a positive way. But it also a lesson for us not to go down that path again. I will say if you have bad karma it has to be cleared so some unfortunate life experiences you should not dwell on. Much love to all.❤❤

That’s true, but the Past is ALWAYS the Past. You NEED to let go of the Past to move forward in your life. Master Shi Heng Yi is trying to teach everyone to live in the now or present while moving forward and respecting your surroundings or environment in the process. If you learn how to let go of the past and not dwell in it, and think about it as much as well as not think about the future as much…you’ll become much lighter, less anxious or worrisome and you’ll be able to live in the now or present freely and easier.
