Ingredients:
Dough:
* eggs - 2 pieces
* salt 1/3 tsp
* sugar - 100 g
* vanilla sugar - 10 g
* melted butter - 50 g
* cognac - 1 tbsp.l
. * ground ginger - 1/4h.l
* turmeric - 1/4 tsp.l
. * warm milk - 120 ml
* dry yeast - 7 g
* flour - 450 g
Filling:
* soft butter - 100 g
* light raisins - 50 g
* dark raisins - 50 g
* dried cranberries - 50 g
* candied cherries - 50 g
To submit:
* liquid honey or powdered sugar
Shape: height 12 cm, diameter 18 cm
The weight of the finished Kraffin cake is 1 kg 100 g
⏰ Cooking time:
* 1-2 hours to make the dough fit
