Amazing how imaginative you can be as a child, aye. I remember when i was 9 and my best friend who has now moved away was 8 years old, we would hide and play with his nerf guns and bb guns in the house And to make sure nobody else could get up we would have to put his trampoline under the tree to jump up and get into it and than i'd have to pull my mate up because we had to hide the mini trampoline so nobody would beable to get up after us. the good ol' days

You did a great job. I am 63 years old now and still am in love with tree houses. I built tree houses all over the forrest when I was a early teen too. I would get any scrap wood from my father and he would let me have nails and such. I give you my best grade for this was from your imagination. Don't ever grow too old to make tree houses. Lee

When I was like 9, I used to watch this ALLL the time with my sister. We showed basically everyone in our family and asked for this exact one for Christmas. LOL. I'm 12 now and I'm watching it againc: Really Hope it's still going strong! I love it sooo much.!

wow, i have say, tbh this is the coolest and best tree-house that i've ever seen or will make my self. you realy put alot of effort in yout tree-house, it's realy realy amazing, i wish i could build something liket that. i am building warious tree-house in my forest but i cant use any power tools sadly, and i have a realy tight and bad suply of desks so i actually had to start cutting down small trees :,( however, you are amazing how you built your tree-house.

Woah! The cable slide is so awesome! I just got a piece of land and I'm going to build a treehouse there as well. I think I'll also make a cable slide, it can be a good emergency exit if I wake up one morning with a bear on my balcony!

Mine was a split level. We scrounged up Romex cable and had electricity, electric heat, AM/FM, Stereo with 8 track & cassette. A B/W TV. Couch ob the first level with wall to wall carpeting. A trap door that opened into a 55 gallon drum used far a beer cooler. The second level had a bed. Mom & dad often wondered why so many cars were parked along the street on weekends. They were all partying in my tree house called "The Fort." We were the kids your mother warned you about and to stay away from.

We used to build treehouses and clubhouses when i was a kid. One time we built one like 30 feet up a big old oak tree. Nobody ever went up there to make sure it was safe, but somehow we all survived.
