Welcome to The Frey Life daily vlogs! We are Peter & Mary, a married couple in our early 30's, showing the ups and downs of everyday life with #CysticFibrosis, a genetic lung disease that Mary was born with. In August 2019, Mary started a new CF medication that changed the trajectory of our future, and life has changed dramatically - including our son, Elijah, joining our family in December 2021. We also have an adorable standard poodle, Oliver, and a hairless sphynx cat, Harry. It's our hope that these videos can be an encouragement to to celebrate the little things in life and find joy amidst a world full of hard realities!

I hope the potty study went well Mary. I’m so glad there are people like you to help disabled kids at these tours of events. As someone who has unknowingly been disabled my whole life, I know what it feels like to not fit in and to fly under the radar with no one there knowing you are struggling. So thankyou for helping her in such a caring and empathetic way, I know you understand that feeling too, you are the kind of person everyone needs at camp ☺️.

That is so wonderful that your church has that program. I myself in visually impaired, so that is wonderful hearing churches tried to add accessibility into their program.

Solution: we buy Oreos in bulk and they are prepackaged 6 cookies per package. Generous serving and avoids the situation Peter has found himself in. You’re welcome!

MARY, MY PARENTS/FAMILY TOOK IN FOSTER CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND NOW ARE PROUD TO SAY WE ARE A FULL FAMILY AFTER ADOPTING MY THREE BROTHERS WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS. ONE OF MY BROTHERS HAVE VISUAL AND HEARING ABILITIES. I LOVES HEARING YOUR PERSPECTIVE, LIKE PETER SAID I HAVE ALWAYS EMPHASIZED WITH NOT FEELING FIT IN OR LEARNING A DIFFERENT WAY TO ACHIEVE THE SAME THINGS THAT OTHERS DO
