I read something about the context of the WEF thing where - he got invited, criticized the WEF the the entire time he was there, was asked to leave, then never invited again. I dunno. Even if he'd legit, it seems like it will be very hard for him to make any significant changes.

As far as I'm concerned, he is a US puppet like Uribe or Duque were/still are in Colombia (maybe not as bad as Guaidó. I doubt he's an asset). He wants to dollarize Argentina. Which is the worst thing they can do right now. They should be building their economy up inside the BRICS and focused on trade.

what about now, inflation has plummeted, housing prices stabilized, government budget is balanced, many employees fired... of course you can go on all day about people's faults, and how they aren't perfect, or how they went and talked to an organization we don't like..., but looks like Argentina has moved in the right direction...

In the US the govt doesnt print money. They buy the currency from the private federal reserve bank at interest.

That's probably true for every country/monetary union in the world, however behind the scenes the money printers and the "governments" are probably working together, if only because the latter are in the grip of the former. I'm sure Curtis is aware of this, but for "truther newbies" your remark is very useful. To those same "truther newbies": do your own research or ask some of the people here for some useful links/hints etc etc... We all started somewhere so no shame in asking ;)!

I agree I have little politics. Especially that any President will fix anything.. or that one person is perfect.. However the fact that an Anarcho- Capitalist is a presidential winner and an independent candidate that won in a Communist State is significant even that those words Anarcho- Capitalist or Libertarian are being used with a Plan to reduce the State by 80% is valuable.. It’s makes the fantasy that Viveyk talks about reducing the US Federal government by 75% is mouth watering.. even if he wins and doesn’t do it after elected.. it’s progress that these ideals are being discussed is a win for truth..

He closed in 6 months, 13 of the 22 ministries (departments in the US), the ones that are ALREADY closed are: cience and innovation, susteinable development, tourism and spots, transportation department, public infraestructure, habitat development, education, culture, social development, women gender and diversity, and human rights ministery are ALREADY gone... of course this drove the country into a massive recession, but inflation is being curved already and hopefully it will start picking up soon... I´m here btw haveing said that, yeah, he's crazy, but you have to be for that job... also... "they" don´t have it all planned out, they certinaly didn´t expect Trump to win in 2015, not even Milei expeted to win here, Brexit wasn´t expected, etc. etc., "they", whoever they are, dont controll everything, no one does in a complex non linear system that is humanity...

Nailed it Curtis. You missed one important point though. He wants to eliminate central banks but replace the peso with USD. Ideally, a true libertarian would endorse Monero as legal tender. There's no way this one guy (or any politician) can go against the BIS, IMF and so on. We saw what happened with Gaddafi, Saddam and Assad.

Non-Israeli politicians wrapping themself in the Israeli flag should give even the most politicly dull person a hint as to who the politician truly serves......Nikki Haley and Lindsy Graham are a few that come to mind, sadly Trump also falls in this category. I agree that remaining skeptical of politicians is important, and they can always turn. However, so far, what more could you ask for in a politician, really? Could any politician get any real support from you? There are good ones out there, who have been walking the walk long enough to earn some support/trust from people like us. Take Rand Paul, for example. They are rare, but they are out there.

I want to think of the state as an entity with the highest level of maturity, that is able to teach maturity to its citizens. I think benevolence is a product of maturity. Enlightened self interest is the best kind of interest for ourselves and others..

Not sure what your definition of maturity is. Government will never be better than the people who run it. If the people with power are virtuous, or care about virtue, the government would work for the good of its citizens. If the people in power are selfish, and have no belief in a higher power to whom they will ultimately answer, government will be used against citizens.

I just want to see how he stacks up. Perhaps Argentina is becoming the most free country . Free from WEF especially. Nobody should rule anybody. It is concerning that he was at the WEF.
