Judging by that your going down by time im guessing the lower uniques were meta at the time of when he got them as when you go down the older the unit so like unique mk was meta during that time until golden frieza came out so he got unique on him

At the time of golden friezes release it was debatable as frieza did like 400k dmg but mk did 200k whatever I don't remember the numbers but for like a week the difference was debatable
