Great video and I'm glad you are crediting those who did the work. An unfortunate number of CCs don't bother with that. The number of times I've seen ayumilove credited for what Bobo pulled about dungeons (despite ayumilove properly crediting bobo) or a CC pulling a team from the optimizer without even attempting to figure out if a CC did it first (biohack all rare team comes to mind) is pretty distressing to those of us who care about proper accreditation.

One thing I did was build a 5 piece set to get the 10% spd and then chucked on a 6 star speed boots from an off-set to get some extra speed. Something to keep in mind if you're like me and can't get far enough to get accessories yet.

I was wondering when someone would do a video on this set, then though it was trash as it never came. But glad I was wrong, Im 1 piece short for Arbiter, maybe this rototaion or next will change that and then will have to see how my rolls treat me. Not gonna lie. When I read the supersonic 9 piece. This is how I thought it worked. I was like man that would be so good to put on my arbiter. Haven’t thought about it since because not even close to having a 9 piece on my account 🤷‍♂️

I realised it was the best speed set as soon as it was shown before it was released =P

Super sonic and Protection is my new speed set, also Merciless is my goto Reflex set now, it's crazy good how east it is to get good gear of them

oh great, now everyone will know, i have my armanz and arbiter in supersonic since the dawn of time and everyone slept on it. and i liked it that way, thx. -.- one thing though about your armanz-siphi cut-in example though: smart people will just sleep armanz with their first turn instead of buffing up and normally their warlord (if there is one) will still be the next one to go

Hey Saph, I have to wonder if the 6 pc set is actually working opposite of the 9 pc. What I mean is, maybe if one person on your team has a 6 pc supersonic, that an enemy who tries to decrease TM on your team is decreased by 30% across the board, all allies. It makes sense even by how the description reads. Decrease Turn Meter effects (placed by enemies of this Champion) are 30% less effective. To me, that sounds like 30% less effective in general, not just against the one wearing it.

I utterly respect and appreciate the work you put into digging this far into the content but, for me, it pushes me even farther away from keeping this game on my phone or on my computer. I just don't have the time, nor the inclination, to go this deep into the theory to make my champions viable in the game. I understand I can use what you have worked to make better decisions concerning my champions ... but it's a time thing more than anything else.

i personally use the supersonic as a 3 pieces set. To be more precise i only use accesories as a complement to my best speed set that gives me a total of 46% more speed

As long as you have some accessories, you can use these sets as a three piece set while still equipping full artifact sets up top. That allows you to get to the ever-important speed with the third piece.....

I have my Krixia in a 9 piece set and she is fantastic! Saved my bacon soo many times in live arena! 350 speed 500 ACC and 400 Res.

I understood the 9 pc bonus correctly from the start from the description it has now. Might be due to me not being a native speaker, but it did not change anything since getting 7 good enough speed pieces will not happen for at least a year :)

I am curious if the 4 pc triggers from buffs at the start of battle(bolster, stoneskin etc.) If so that is much more beneficial.

I think everyone knows that the set is good, it's the fact this set isn't easy accessible by most people. The amount of variables is HIGH in order to actually be able to use it in this way. Most people cannot farm this stuff based on how cursed city works based on that content's variability. Variables on top of variables are the reason most people are ignoring this

How would this set work on, let’s say a high acc savage Valkyrie, who’s passive increases decreases turn meter on buffs. Would she be getting double the value to cut on in ahead of a speed team and then proceed nuke them into oblivion?

I’ve got my Armanz in a 5 piece and whenever he isn’t banned he can usually cut in on most speed teams but a super fast yumeko or warlord running faster than the rest of The opposing team supports can still counter him if they’re fast enough

I still prefer protection on most supports. So many enemies remove buffs nowadays. U also get hp and resistance.

I feel like 4 piece is good for cutting in (krixia, Armanz) and 9 piece is best on champs that are maybe your second fastest (maybe arbiter). With siphi or a champ you definitely want to go first, it would be much better to go with 6 pc speed 3 pc supersonic or 3pc protection because she really wants to go first.

Kind of figured as much but because of the games crappy randomness I rarely get any pieces with speed substats. I sell 99% of the pieces lol.

That set would be good on someone like Wukong or Madame. Let them buff, then get interrupted & strip them of their buffs.

I took my Arbiter from 363 to 340 speed in 9 piece supersonic. I feel like she will be effectively faster more often than not. 363 isn't nearly enough to compete in the current meta anyway

Thanks. This game is becoming too complicated for my liking. I was trying to counter Armandz with Tormin in the beginning and realized that stealing the turn meter was not freezing him so it was not effective and then when I was confused why my Armanz got frozen but it's because he has turn meter increase on his other abilities and I didn't even realize that about him.

Won't siphi just put u to sleep and make this whole thing not matter for the 4 pc set when it comes to cutting in after a potential siphi boost?

15:22, you are comparing a 9 piece supersonic vs 6 piece speed thats a unfair comparison. it really should be 9 piece supersonic vs 6 piece speed + 3 piece protection. more like 32% vs 48%. 16% speed on arb equates to 17.6 speed.... you cant win with that much lower in an arena speed race setup. But... pve wise yah you are right
