Жыл бұрынConfirmed specs with Two Step Performance and the actual size of the cat is 5 inches (not 4.5 inches) and is a 400 cell count high flow cat (Not 300 cell count). It is however rated up to 1000HP
Today we install the Two Step Performance Down Pipe for the FL5 Type R.

Running the "PRL" version of this downpipe on my FK8 and I have to say there was definitely power to be had (I also installed the RV6 R660 beta) at the same time. No CEL - which I am SUPER thankful for!!

When I added the same downpipe to my FK8 (it was the last batch from PRL), it made a big difference in sound with the Sequence Titanium exhaust. It became shredding and mean. Hopefully Sequence Mfg makes a version for the FL5. It's a great exhaust. Zero drone and quiet. But when the valve opens with boost, it screams.

With the large radiator, is thier any rubbing or modifications with the DP heat shield

It’s not a universal radiator so no fitment issues anywhere. This was specifically designed for the FL5

I’m looking at the RV6 vs the TSP, would you say the TSP is as good or better than the RV6? I’m not tuning at the moment and know the TSP won’t cause a CEL, but will tune in the future and don’t want to regret not going for the RV6 if it’ll get me even a little more power. Any helps appreciated

The TSP is rated for 1000hp and won’t throw a cel. It’s a lot more expensive but it’s worth it. Buy once.

I heard , forgot where, that Honda has to comply with rules all over the world vs Acura is primarily in North America so they don’t have to follow some of the rules that are required elsewhere. That’s why the FL5 isn’t as loud as the Type S.

Yes it Wii fit with any and all aftermarket exhausts for the FL5

That question is a bit obscure if I’m reading it correctly. You want to know if the R wheel cap will fit the Si wheels?

@@GridZilla correct 💯 i I used to caliper to measure my wheel cap from my Sí an the cap measures 62 mm and my wheel center bore 64.1 with a caliper.pls help. 🙏

@@GridZilla yaaaay hell yeah so wen you checked it it also read 64.1mm ? Sometimes my caliper will read 64.3 mm ok I'ma excited I'ma head out to my local Honda dealership and order FL5 wheel center caps 🧢 and I'll let you know how it goes thanks for the help 😺

The RV6 down pipe was great but having a slightly quieter down pipe opens up more exhaust options without violating on track sound restrictions. There’s a method to my madness 😉😁
