Wow!! This is inspiring!! It's so wonderful to see sustainability initiatives being adopted at a community level! 😊 It's a very important first step. While achieving zero waste is not the end goal, it's a great way to understand and modify our consumption habits. Kudos to the residents of this colony 👏👏

Kudos to residents of Navjeevan colony! What a wonderful effort to reduce waste and create your own enhanced soil. Also great to reuse clothes, reduce water waste etc. It takes a lot of effort. We in Canada, seperate our waste as well. And it takes a lot of effort. We are doing it on a municipal level. For the colony to make its own efforts is very commendable.

Yaar yahan to ghar k log hi nahi maante hai.. Paani, light, khana sab waste karte rehte hai. Itne saare logo mein samjh viksit karna really tough.

Good job, everybody!!! And hearty cheers from New Orleans, USA! I am a former building superintendent, born in NYC. Now retired with my husband here down South. I craft needlework pieces - the felt fabric is made from recycled plastic water bottles. My dolls are crafted out of repurposed bits of broken beads, fabric, and decorative beads and trinkets. Such a pleasure to find new uses for things others have discounted and tossed out...
