The beef's appearance indicates that it is of a rather high grade. They are fantastic burgers, in my experience.

PHENOMENAL! YES PLEASE!!! LOL! Yummy Burgers through & through. I love how that restaurant used chicken thighs for their sandwich...DELICIOUS! Just the way I take it. Much juicier. Awesome to see such pride taken in cleanliness. Question: Was that a heat box the chicken went into after being fried? Or baking process to insure chicken was cooked through?

The second one looks great.. the first one needs to cook his bacon separately. But it looked good too. The one thing all these guys are missing is this food has to be eaten hot. You want to eat a cheeseburger and fries hot not after it has set for hours.

comida hecha con carino y respeto a su clientes bien hecho y muy limpio bien zazonado bien organizado e higienico, si siguen asi van a durar siempre... el problema es cuando ya tienen muchos cleintes empiezan a confiarse y ya no es lo mismo eso pasa en muchos lugares que eran buenos se hacen famosos y luego son muy malos y hacen todo al aventon y se van para abajo

the bacon in these videos is always floppy and undercooked. it needs to be really crispy, especially if it's going to be on a burger. the rest of the burger looks ok but the bacon needs work
