Күн бұрынThe Akko MOD 007v2 is the king of budget aluminum boards! Akko have now taken that exact design and made it even cheaper, by swapping aluminum for polycarbonate. It absolutely WORKS.

Just received mine today and I absolutely love it. The piano switches feel fantastic. I wish they would put them up for sale separately. Does anyone know if they have an in-stock switch that's comparable?

Not from Akko, but the KTT Kang Whites are similar long pole switches that SOUND quite similar. The spring is not progressive on the Kang Whites though.

@@meboard Appreciate it. I did some more research, and the Akko Cream Yellows seem like a slightly heavier version of the Piano switches. Same pre-travel and total travel. I'm gonna try those and maybe their Rose Red switches to see how light they are.

is this keyboard using screw system to lock the case? because i hate akko's clip system on the akko 5075, akko pc75, it's so fragile...

Probably! Akko always releases to Chinese market first. The board has many good reviews on Taobao (Chinese Amazon) already, so they'll probably sell it internationally too.

Probably in a couple of months! The Spr67 took about 3 months from China release to international release.

Sorry for the late reply! If you're playing a game with WASD controls, it's not so bad and I don't think you'll really notice it. But if you're playing a rhythm game like osu!, it might be a little distracting 😊

I don't understand why this is cheaper than the DIY kit as it includes switches and keycaps, makes no sense to me. They can't be saving much on that aluminium plate.

Ah, there may be some confusion! The CASE is made of polycarbonate, not just the plate ☺️
