Hi, I agree with the chords you're showing, they would all work and would sound just like the album version. However if you watch Mike Scott live, he plays the majority of his songs with capos on (& switches guitars between most songs, unless they happen to keep the capo at the same fret). So he plays this song with a capo on the 4th, meaning that: your E with finger stretching over to G# -> C (which gives you 2x G#, on the top and bottom E strings) your F# -> Dm your A to Asus2 -> F (remove middle finger for that sus) It becomes a lot easier to reach, especially on a 12-string (which is how it was played for the album) and especially considering the length of the song, it becomes a bit of a war of attrition playing the standard open chords!

Nice lesson Mark just to add when playing E chord if you on & off your pinky on F# note fret 2 first E string gives it a little riff in parts of the song - not 100% but I think it replicates the strings or something 👍
