ingredients for 4 people:
extra virgin olive oil to taste
2 chicken thighs cut in half
800 g of potatoes
2 courgettes
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
various aromas to taste
oregano to taste
rosemary to taste
2 shallots
400 g of tomato pulp
300 ml of water
cooking at 180° for a total of 60 minutes
