It was not the exactly same level, but a similar. No powerup in DGRs one + you had to jump further.

For the first one, I literally just saw Panga do this exact type of level. His had a hidden mushroom, but he proved you don't actually need it (as you just did).

And I believe Panga did it in 2 attempts after finding the mushroom. He then struggled with or without the mushroom.

It is the same thing except the version Panga got had a powerup in it, and it was in Expert while this is in Super Expert, and was uncleared unlike the one Panga got

The first level in this video, Panga did get it in his quest for 69,420 Levels in Endless Expert. But he ended up skipping it.

It's a different level with the same gimmick. Panga's level was entirely on one screen, while Dave had screen scroll

Missed cheese at the Meowzer fight at 10:46. Just hide under the pipe of never ending power ups. The bouncy guy will keep coming at you so he'll be close enough for the spike balls to make it to Meowzer. Slow? yes, but much easier.

I think the first lv had something to do with the beanstalk it was 8 blocks over and the flag looks about 8 blocks away, same with the end of the platform it's exactly 9 blocks after the beanstalk and after the flag is exactly 9 blocks as well

I can't believe I just saw PangeaPanga beating the same level Dave got first. He had a comment pointing where the pole is. Here, Dave could have check before the death marks to find the hit spot. 2:42 Edit: I recall better now. There was a mushroom. Panga recreated the level to practice and was able to beat it without the mushroom, so maybe the creator of the level we watch here took the idea from that.

Happy 6-20-23, dave's official true height day. Cuz you'd think 6-20 or 62 inches, aka 5ft 2 is his real height. But add the year 23, 2+3, which = 5. So 62" + 5"= 67, aka 5 foot 7. Dave's correct height 😁

Smart person's method: Always do full, consistent, max jumps into the poison, however, jump sooner each run, backing off the takeoff point a little bit with each jump. You will sweep the entire landing zone in a smooth, consistent way. DGRs method:
