im almost 50, straight, alpha male but i would love to buy tiny little toys anyways, they remind me of the happy 80s. i would not be akward buying cute things. i can always pretend they're for my kids but my kids are adults so

Unfortunately no unless you’re buying second hand ones from vintage toy shops but generally no tax refund on gachapons

Unfortunately no but u can find many of these shops around Tokyo esp in nakano Broadway and akihabara!
