Welcome to this condo/apartment tour in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
The area surrounding this apartment is the Sala Kamreuk - close to road 6 area.
This area is where many ex-pats choose to live, there are plenty of local amenities and just a short walk to Pub Street, or cheap tuk tuk ride.
You're also in the middle of Khmer culture here which is really beautiful.

Hi Guys - nice apartment tour - looks like a decent size apartment for the money. Just an idea...I don't know if it's possible using "pins" on the map, but as you visit more apartments maybe you could add each one to the map with the pin showing the USD price plus the date you uploaded the video - that way over time the map will resemble the hotel booking systems where you see prices in the area you are looking and the date will mean the viewer can find your review/tour quickly (not sure how much you can add to a pin but maybe the extras like swimming pool, wifi included etc)

This is a great apartment at a great price. There is an AC in the two bedrooms but it seems that there is no AC in the living room. This is the second video of apartment in Siem Reap where I notice that AC is only in the bedroom. Is it the way things are in Cambodia?

There's a lot of variety in how places are set up here. A lot will have A/C just in the bedroom to keep you cool at night. They tend to use fans and natural air flow to cool places down here as electricity costs are very high.

As a Florida resident with 5 months of very hot weather and 3 months of miserable heat and humidity, I would need AC in the living room as well. Also don't like wet bathrooms. I would want at least a curtain if not a glass enclosure.
