As a Brit, I cannot quite convey in words exactly how jealous I am. I'd be happy with any one thing from about 90% of your collection (ridiculous laws here permitting, of course) but that rifle case with everything in it gave me that kid-like excitement of pure "Holy cow that's awesome!" 😅

I’m only 18 and own 8 guns already but a lot of people have been telling me I don’t need so many at a young age but there’s no limit that fits my favor in guns,i could have 100 and still want more 🤷🏽‍♂️

Garand Thumb has a video with the guy from SF who was in charge of the MRAD program (the procurement process), he explains how you can zero a scope and swap barrels without losing zero, but I think that's only with the designated system optic.

When I worked with a buddy on crop dusters (he's an old cat, collector) he bought a model like this in .338 Lapua, bolt gun and got it from Barrett's son at a show AND an auto range adjusting scope, one of those crazy military rigs they came up with... This was about a decade ago and it was a black demo model they'd used at shows but it was in great shape. The rifle then was worth about 15k I think the scope that was on it for demo was like a 5k scope and I think he got the entire deal for like $9 grand. Talk about a steal. It was basically one of these early models I think. Sweet sweet bolt gun. Stuff way way out of my range. I'm sure it's well worth more than he paid for it and that ridiculous scope now.

I like the blazer tac 2. Just.put a scope on each barrel and no zeroing after caliber change. Sucks that you can't get parts for them anymore.

Make sure you keep the trigger well clean. The trigger will not fully reset and you will get light strikes. Common prob we are having in the army

There are digital scope offerings which allow you to store different ballistic information ( even calibers ), and switch between them. Might be an option for that nice Barrett 🤷‍♂️

You need to check out Kevin Owens on field craft survival he has a lot of input on that weapons system. Great sniper & instructor. Remarkable collection you have. On your long range property you need to build a kill house. Bring so experts out do some close quarters training. That would make for some great videos. I do have the money to afford one Mark 22 - Barrett, but it is not really on my "Bucket List" to buy. You almost have to take mortgage to buy the ammo alone.
