…Up Tilt is rather unsafe in neutral because it’s -20 if the second hit doesn’t land on Block, which is something that happens quite often. Down tilt combos into all of Falco’s aerials, kills, and is safe on Block spaced well thanks to its pushback. It’s honestly a lot better.

i picked up falco when the swiss covid restrictions started and offline was no more (chrom and lucina feel really bad online compared to offline, which are my other 2 characters) and now he's my most played character at 500 something hours because i love combo freedom - probably why i always hated brawl

Fun fact: Falco Up Smash is in the "It's a feature not a bug" stage, because it's been a problem for a long time. There are some characters who pancake/fall out of it so much I don't even use it against them. Been a Falco main since Melee. 10/10 good bird.

How come Falco, kirby, luigi ect. Can safely down air bowser and yoshi can't? Infact a lot of characters up air can beat yoshi down air Can someone explain trying to get better?

It depends on the Hitbox of the move and the Hurtbox of the character. If your Hitbox doesn't exceed your Hurtbox too much (it being not very disjointed) it becomes easier to hit you with another move which is more disjointed) The best way to check this is ultimateframedata.com/ .
