In this house tour, I will show you a compact smart home, which is planned very realistically as a prefabricated house with 136 square meters of living space for a family of four and is packed with great extras that add enormous value to such a small house. Of course, these extras also cost money and that's why I'm giving you a few tips today on where you can save money when building a house or where you can spend money on extras that are important to you.
The floor plans and further information as well as a manufacturer contact for this smart home prefabricated house can be found here:

With external dimensions of 10.72 x 10.34 metres, a pitched roof of 38 degrees, a knee wall of 120 centimeters and a living area of around 136 square metres, this small prefabricated house fits into most development plans and is planned to be realistically sized for a family of four. Here, the prefabricated house supplier also shows a lot of extras that enhance a family house and create a lot of comfort: A covered, rainproof terrace, a carport with entrance canopy, a corner seat window, room-expanding bay window, duo roof area window and an intuitively operated and individually expandable smart home package that, in addition to comfort and security, also enables monitoring and control of the energy flows in the house. The prefabricated house with photovoltaic system, battery storage and e-car charging station in the carport can also be operated as an economical plus-energy house that, thanks to intelligent control, is largely independent of rising energy prices.
The diffusion-open wall structure of the prefabricated wooden house is made up as follows:
wall thickness 39.5 cm; Fine plaster 3 mm thick, full-surface priming plaster, reinforcement, wood fiber insulation board 100 mm thick, mineral insulation 260 mm thick, timber framework, wood-based panel, vapor barrier fleece, gypsum board
Building services: The model house is heated via district heating, the standard would include heat pump heating, controlled ventilation, underfloor heating, PV system with 32 modules (9.6 kWP), battery storage (9.6 KWh).
Smart home equipment: WeberLogic 2.0 with myHomeControl and Apple HomeKit and Amazon Alexa, with which light scenes, shutters, individual room temperature control, multimedia, presence simulations and much more can be controlled. The touchscreen integrated in the living area is part of the high-end myHomeControl equipment and enables many other special functions such as energy management, integration of heating and ventilation systems and floor plan views. Sensors are attached to all windows. In the event of an attempted break-in, the home control system sends a push message to a smartphone or tablet. In the event of an attempted break-in, all the lights go on, the external venetian blinds go up and the integrated music system makes noise. In addition, in the event of a fire, defined lights flash in the house and all roller shutters are raised to create escape routes.
