Just watched Body Bag ......Sick Video.......Practiced my drums today for at least 10-15 minutes....Gabe taught me that's good enough sometimes.....If i would have thought it had to be 30 min. to an hour, I wouldn't have had the time and wouldn't have played at all. Even tho i put my DBO class on temp. hold, I learned an incredible amount in 3 weeks.

Tell your buddy to drink one red beer each day and he will never have kidney stones again. The red beer breaks down the stone deposits before they can form. My stepmother had stones several times until she seen a specialist and they told her about the red beer trick. It seriously works. Just something to help for the future. It's always best to know all you can before going out on the road.
