I don’t see how this is Smurfing. He isn’t intentionally losing to stay at a certain rank. It’s the ranking system that is broken. How can you go on a 10 game win streak to start an account to end up at champ. You should be at least gc after placement games. He ended up at Diamond 2. Seriously lol?

I'm old. I have 50 plus years on this Earth. Companies actually used to give a crap about the customer. Now it's like they go out of their way to allienate their customers. Pro's bring new players into video games. Absolutely stop Squish from doing great content that promotes your game. SMH. It's amazing how inept some of these companies truly are.

Yoooooooo I recently hit GC in 2s last season, but I’m stuck in diamond 3/c1 in ones. I’d love to learn from a private match I am kbm which I feel like stunts my mechs a bit+ I work a lot so not much time to play. Big fan of your content, your ability to remove emotion from the game is infectious and makes the game more enjoyable when I’m not falling for the rage bait

i thought of a video concept, not sure how it would do or if you’d even like to do it, but get viewers to send recordings in of their game and rank and coach them sort of, of where they should be positioned when to challenge when not to and correct them, would be good to watch

70% of my games has smurfs in them, but they are worried about you doing content to ssl. Epic/psyonics actually support smurfing. Proof is they have no way to report smurfing and ban you for leaving games that have smurfs in them...what a joke you actually are trying to rank up and real smurfs will forfeit after clipping on you. This devs are a bunch of clowns. They have all the tools to keep people from smurfing and do nothing to combat it, yet get on you about it. WHAT A JOKE!

Would love to see more about the differences among plats, diamonds and champs. I see the difference between a low diamond and a GC1 but the rest seems to be just about sharp turns putting aside the little tricks here and there like air dribbles.

You should do what BAM does on Call of duty, he hires a coach for advice etc, acts bad, then 1v1s them after some games of advice, and does a couple times then DESTROYS them. Would be hilarious!!!!

Question for 1v1s: is chasing the ball optimal for every rank? Ive noticed that ssls just never leave you alone and will always fight for posession, most players in my rank play pretty passively, so should i switch up my playstyle to be more agressive?

ssls are aggressive because they can fford to be, they have such good control in general that its not too much of a risk, they can hit the ball how they want and recover extremely well

In high level 1s if you give someone space they're going to score everytime. So SSLs will try to give you the least space possible.

@@argus406 yeah, an aggressive play style is high risk high reward. The risk decreases the more consistent you become as a player. But I will say that playing aggressive now can help you become more consistent long term, you may lose more now but it will pay off

Since squishy is no longer allowed to make a series about teaching the fundamentals for each rank, maybe he should do a series showing how to cheat and hack the game. At least that way epic games would allow it.

Shot in the dark but I would loove to play a round of 1s with you to get some knowledge on how to improve. I'm a hard stuck Diamond player (Only been to Champ in S11). I would love some insight as to where I need to improve to take my game to the next level. I play with a lot of Champs, GCs and SSLs frequently. Currently getting coached by a friend of mine who is God tier at this game (Former semi Pro and Former pro coach.)

you could live coach a player through the ranks ir through a rank, and then coach another player through their rank that they are stuck in.

pls do the privat matches against all ranks in 3s for example: you get 2 champ players against 3 champ players and you are only allowed to set goals up or maybe you with 2 plats against 3 gcs etc

I would love to play against you Squshy, it's always been a dream of mine, im a huge fan of you since your debut at RLCS, i play this game since 2016 and still playing it today. I've always been stuck in champ1/2 since 2018 but lately im trying to improve myself just by doing only 1s in this season (current rank D1 div 4), and i'd be glad to do sum 1s so i know what im doing wrong and maybe one day getting that grand champ title that i always wanted. I'm gona say some crazy statment, but im kinda feeling it, maybe im not that easy as an opponent.

the one thing that bothered me about your gameplay was that while you did play down to their level on offense, defensively you were significantly above their skill level. you would wavedash, half flip and play much faster when you needed to in order to save a shot

Hey squishy. Im a plat/D. But since my first day ever touching the game, all ive ever practiced was aerial control in ring maps etc. i have aerial mechanics of a gc1. I comfortably scored flip resets in plat 3. think it would make an interesting video. And it would be a dream come true to get dominated by my fav player LOL

Im on pc so learning how to record clips sounds like a hastle, i only recorded those 2 clips cuz I wanted to show them to someone on youtube ; was maybe a year ago, so i mustve been plat 1 or 2.
