Apart from physical attributes, he's better than partey at everything. His defensive stats for this Chelsea this side, in terms of recoveries and challenges, have been better than partey's. Partey is better at tracking back, dribbling, and winning aeriel duels

I always rated this guy, but didn't like him because he played for Chelsea. After hearing how Chelsea fans berate him I'm so glad Arsenal signed him. You don't need to be a fast runner if your speed of thought and decision making is quicker than the opposition.

In games vs big teams away from home... for example like Man City away, We should play Xhaka, Jorginho and Partey as the mid trio with Odegaard coming for the bench... Structural and control approach would be better than playing creative and attacking in such a decisive game like that.

First of all, he is a winner. He won't crumble under pressure. We need more experienced winners who have cojones when it gets really tough under pressure to guide our young squad. Hopefully in the summer we will make more such additions weather we win the title this season or not. With Champions League next season it is going to be even tougher.

When I found out we were signing him I was underwhelmed but I trusted arteta and edu’s judgement and they haven’t failed us yet! What a player and has such vast experience that he will rub off on this team just when we need it. His words in the dressing room and on the pitch will be worth there weight in gold at the end of this season mark these words!

He’s been good for us so far and long may it continue but there’s always been something about his style of play thats irked me, it’s like he plays with steel toe capped boots on but is also so precise and his passes always seem so slow but always make it perfectly, weird I know but it’s always confused me 😂😂

His passing is top notch but he isn't as physical and good dribbler like Partey. He can make a good 8

He is not the engine type of player for an 8. He’s the regista, takes the ball on a half turn and play passes from deep. Defensively, the other 10 players will have to help him to cover for his lack of recovery pace but those channel balls and passes over the top are so accurate. They will be vital for us in the Europa League and to cover for Partey.

He is best suit for xhaka's position. And he can create a good chances for Martenelli and Nketia so far. Xkaha needa to be rested. For some matches. Even Zenchenko Cause Mr. Pass is playing the and is needed some one who runs we Jorginho has the ball and Tierney can do that.

It's easy for people to forget that Jorginho is part of the reason why chelsea is in the mess. He and Sarri ruined chelsea with backwards and sideway passing. Passive in transition with no cutting edge. Kante became injury prone due to him. Cesc left due to Sarri wanting to build around Jorginho. And also I want to remind that no chelsea players went to premier league teams that's winning the league in mid season.

This plan you play with in the last minutes, when you need to win, you don't need Odegaard cuz Jorginho, he can play the deep playmaker. and you can take advantage of Trossard near Jesus as a 9.5 player You can't play with 4-2-4 for 90 minutes
