it depends on f4 rival units. If there are top tier units (boruto only heal, shisui new rekit, rin, naruto new lb) well built, you wont knock down units entering F4.

Weak , even Rin lb+3 can decrease 7sec invincibility while his max lb+3 only can decrease 4sec of invincibility.
