AB definetely set that up. You normally dont do mk+hado like that because it is punishable if you dont cancel. He buffered the SA. Once he saw the ink he pressed the kick button.

He only reacted for the super cancel which he was already ready for because of the confirm. If opponent didn't DI and got hit instead super would be confirmed anyway

@@ds6972 Not necessarily, after the qcf to do the fireball it just takes one more qcf with k to implement the special which can be done in less than a second. No need to buffer the qcf in that situation.

29:52 Great observation by AB. DCQ could afford to get thrown, but he wasn't thinking like that. I think DCQ made another fatal mistake in that last round, burning himself out by using double OD spikes. He was in a great spot but that was him trying to rush the end of the game and didn't need to do that. Talkin about at 24:45.

DCQ vs Angrybird is an absolute classic!!! This is the highest level! I literally couldn't stop rewinding the match! AB what a clutch! The natural jump was CRAZY!! Love the vibes in NASR team! Punk is happy having a very strong team this time around 😂❤ AB was giving the team that look "i couldn't believe i missed that combo xD" i love SFL each week it gets crazier!

To be honest, I think the majority of USA commentators are awful. There was a Capcom Pro Tour Offline event recently and the UK commentators had such expert knowledge of the game. It actually blew my mind. (Shout out to Jammers).

Angry Bird has the rare combination of having insane reaction time, a high fighting game IQ, and also performs well under pressure. I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of Angry Bird vs Mena Grand Finals.

Say what you want about balance, high level JP v Ken matches are incredibly entertaining. Completely different styles, with so many options for pros to use mid fight. You don’t see that with any other characters in SF6. These were great matches.

That read was so good AB knew he was gonna throw out a defensive DI hoping to snag something so he did the EX fireball instead of standard or Jinrai to eat up the rest of the armor and the super was an easy buffer since at health that low you should always be buffering super on your cancelable specials incase of DI or if they get hit by the normal.

Tbh... Team VersusVortex played better, even the round that AB won it was so clutch down to the last round and last game. Its weird that the first two games are worth only 10 points each which team VV dominated but the 3rd round was a super close match, however its worth 20 points and it instantly ties up the score.

Having the two best players in the world (angrybird/punk) with big bird as a third is insane. Neph needs to stay in the OT spot, Juri is just too weak to play a 3 gane set, he would be better used as a 1 and done overtime player. NASR is definitely the best team in SFL
