For your information: Necros Heartstopper Aura does not get affected by kaya. But the aghanmis upgrade scales with kaya. 14 hp regen equals 1,25 Damge Ticks so every tick does around 10% of your Hp Regen. So u get 6 Ticks/ s (Aghanmis upgrade only and with kaya) Without kaya you get 0.9 dmg / tick for 14 hp regen. Means from a fakor of ×0.9 with out kaya And a faktor of 0×14 with kaya spell damage buff So Kaya seems like a rly great addition or maybe i am just broken (mentally). Thanks for reading!
