well the adding of accessories depends on dealer to dealer.. well i bought my car in july last year.. and didn't wait for elevate.. reason was i learned it will come with same engine in honda city.. but honda city is stable .. first i looked all the suv type cars.. then i settled for 1.5 dsg automatic slavia.. for ground clearance and mileage.. it has more then honda city.. but major reason was power.. my hometown in dehradun.. and in hills there are steep roads.. and in friends honda city with 4-5 people it struggles at many places.. but 1.5 dsg engine provides the required power for 5 people onboard.. don't know why honda doesn't launch it's turbo engines or more powerful engines in india..

It’s a major drawback with Honda that it doesn’t upgrade its engine and same with its marketing too… but it’s I v tech NA engine has no competition wether it’s city or elevate… enjoying it every day 😊

Using honda WRV petrol since 2019, still rocking after clocking 80k Kms. Waiting for honda to release 6 or 7 seater car then will go for it. If elevate would have had been 6-7 seater then would have had bought it.

Looks like this car is value for money comparing with all other brands /segments cars! Front look they need to work and good to have if coming days they can bring Hybrid engine ..

I got my kia seltos in 1 month while I was told two months so that was great. No accessory was forced on me, I took Insurance from acko overall great support staff behaviour. Kia connect was activated the same day. Got my number plate and RC in a week.

What about after sales? Do Honda allow add-on accessory on V (Auto.) model. ? Or Insurance lapses and they insist only from dealership?

When you keep saying catalogue do you really mean Quotation? Also, I have bought 10 different cars till date and I am have never seen anything like “compulsory accessories” so I really don’t know what you’re talking about! Accessories are always optional!

Yes I do mean quotation and the word catalog is often used here in my area and I think you are the lucky one who didn’t face this issue but a lot of people will relate to this at least the ones who live in Gwalior or the adjoining areas 😊

My experience of the vx variant is very good so far…I got all the features I wanted…now it’s all depends on the budget…bcoz difference b/w v and vx is sunroof and alloy wheels 😊

Honda ki ek buri aur illegal baat bhi hai. Ye SC ka Order follow nahin karte aur Handling charges lagaate hain final price mein apni pratyek car par.

I don’t include Kia in this category. Worldwide NCAP rating of kiya is worst among all brands and Mahindra’s engine’s refinement is not that good as others 😊

A friend of mine sold his honda city 2011 model in 2023 after driving it around 1,32,000 km in 3.5 lacs. I think it is a good market value 😊
