@@Gary28428Manipulated, nah not really. Kizura being a Watchdog is part of his character and him as a person. Getting rid of Pirates is his job, You can't let the criminal go away just because they gave to charity, Marine of Normal Person. Kizura is in a standstill. He knows Kuma, Satumaru, Bonney and Vegapunk and their he's friends and Family, Him having to kill them is gonna hard for him personally. I hope Kizaru doesn't kill them, and finds a way to save them.

Kizaru is the perfect example of why Garp didn't wat to accept the Admiral position, a good guy at heart that has to follow orders no matter how messed up they are because he's way too deep into the marines rankings, if he decided to leave the marines he'd have to become a pirate, he's not only extremely strong but has ties to Vegapunk, who's now a fugitive.

Highly doubt it Kizaru will continue being the way he is. He destroyed sentomaru, was ginna take out vegapunk, and almost diced bonney and kuma. Each admiral has their own views on the WG and Marines. Fujitora is already the admiral that wants to go against the WG, and Greenbull is a straight servant to the WG. Kizaru has been an admiral longer than the other 2 and continues to just follow orders. He is just like Lucci without the petty revenge

I think Kizaru as a character is just a man that’s completely disconnected from everything and everyone around him, probably either grew up isolated or had a lonely life and just cared about chasing the bag, then actually found happiness with Kuma and the rest so finally having that sense of family probably made him actually think about his actions and what he wants to do in the future

Its likely Kizaru's Admiral Coat will fall by the end of Egghead, as it is likely his world view will change, and he'll no longer believe in Unclear Justice. Whether that means he completely gives up on his dreams and is left broken, or he changes and starts to work towards a new set of dreams and ambitions, we'll have to see

He already did tho.. He literally feeds Luffy and indirectly saves Bonney, this isn't even a theory.. You can see him standing in the last panel while Luffy is half dead, then Luffy suddenly ate a bunch of food in secret, the marine asked "Who fed him? Anyone seize him immediately!!" While Kizaru limping looking very tired. Yes, Kizaru uses his lightning speed to grab tons of food for Luffy.

The thing is, a lot of his dialogue pre-timeskip suggests his morals aren't misaligned from the Marines. He seems to really dislike pirates and the criminality inherent to that designation. Bonney and Vegapunk actually provide a terse conflict to everything he previously justified, but don't exactly change his moral standing.

Well he knows his friends aren't criminals so hurting them in the name of justice would HAVE to change his moral standing. Before he was hurting pirates before he could find out if they were good or not. The quicker he followed the orders the easier to absolve himself. But now he's ordered to hurt people he knows are good and he's dragging his feet. Morality shift in progress

He didn't have to go after Apoo, Hawkins, Drake, or Urouge, but he was happy to when he had the time to do so. He also voices his opinion on people like Rayleigh. This isn't about him being forced or obligated. He clearly had some personal standing in fighting pirates. We still need to see his whole story.
