That'd probably be easier if they actually planned on having games this bad. It all natural though. Also Joe already knows most of the time but maybe Daff could submit a game with a different name without letting them know.

Yeah, the Necro was the instigator, but as Flax said, Lina and Void had the option to just dc and queue into a new game. Legion and CM were absolute legends though, and I would play with them any day.

@@mahguvnah7403 If he already got the abandon, then it doesn't matter. They could both leave and it wouldn't make a difference. 1 abandon won't do anything anyway. They did this because necro unpaused after, I assume, lina said the void was coming back. What necro did was scummy, but not as bad as void and lina.

@Rorschach87 it's not like necro waited a large amount of time. Lina paused as soon as void disconnected and necro unpaused immediately. That's pretty scummy. He then unpaused immediately when legion and cm paused. Even more scummy. Presumably, while lina was saying that the void was coming back. Even more scummy. Necro was a scummy person this game. Not nearly as bad as the lina and the void, but still a very scummy person. The only victims this game were legion and cm.

Just leaving this here for people in the future to help people like this poor cm/legion and necro, you can in the options menu in dota turn on "Strict Solo Role Queue Matchmaking" this makes it so that when your playing your ranked games you cannot que into a game with a party of people on either side. This has improved the quality of my games 10 fold as it is only people playing alone so you can dodge the games with account boosters and party stack griefers.

@@jayphillips4167 My queue times at 3k mmr for ranked matches are about 1-2 minutes for all roles selected and 2-4 minutes depending on time of day for selection of a singular core position.

it’s the people who don’t play dota that have the least enthusiasm for it, so you have to consider whether the individuals would even care to play, regardless of it was a “stomp” or not. not everyone just volunteers to do content for the supposed greater good

Game was super weird but it was totally the Necro unpausing that tilted the Lina because her and Faceless were in a party. Bad form from both of them and turned a perfectly good game sour

The fact they said "Report Necro" specifically, bet you what happened is when faceless dropped out, Necro unpaused. Lina was probably queued up with them and got salty when they didn't wait for them, thus why they started griefing. Our "heroic trio" probably brought this on themselves but still, regardless, griefing like that is unacceptable.

That's exactly what happened. You can see void going for rapiers as soon as he came back. So they were for sure queued together, and talking

You can actually see they're queued together at 48:57 since they both have the I over their portraits. That's exactly what happened.

@@GODzilla23001 If that truly is the case, that does taint the heroic plays of the 3 remaining players somewhat. The "baddies" probably didn't throw the first stone but they certainly tried to throw the game. Irredeemable.

Lina being mad that Necro unpaused when both Void and Lina were dead, it just baffles me. If the DC'd player is dead, you don't have to waste your pauses.

I choose to believe, at that final fight at Rosh, the Enigma was just intimidated by the three heroes. 3 v 4 with 3 rapiers and an Aegis, and they still where mopping the floor with them. That is crazy. Radiance and Halberd miss chance did so much that game.

Never before have I become so invested in a game of Dota. I put these scub games on in the background while I'm doing mundane shit like the dishes just to have something on. Despite watching so much of it I still don't understand much about the gameplay. But oh my God this game was so different. You don't need to know shit about this game to recognise how much of a troll this Lina was. I don't know much about Dota, but I do know that when a rapier comes out, it means either one team is curb stomping and one of them wants to BM harass, or someone is being a crybaby BM troll. Unless it's an in-house game, there's no good excuse for a rapier to exist in a game, especially not 3

sometimes rapier is a good buy in a losing or stalemate game especially if your carry can farm it fast and has high attack speed.

The problem with necro radiance is that it's incredibly expensive and he doesn't really benefit from two of its three stats. It's 60 magical dps, but he's not worried about physical attacks anyway because he goes ethereal and his basic attacks are that of any ranged caster. Grab a veil, get a bigger damage boost for a fraction of the cost and save up for shard, bots or sange/kaya.

I have to admit, I did something like this once. I got super tilted by toxic teammates that just started aggressively insulting everyone from a few minutes in, in the end I just decided to throw the whole game because I couldn't stand them winning with that attitude 😔

I have been in this type of situation several times in DotA, HoN and DotA2... always the same crap, someone gets pissed for whatever reason. Yelled at by team for real or perceived misplays, annoyed at someone else's misplays, doesnt matter: they snap and their response is to grief. Gifting rapiers is a sad classic in that line. To me, it doesnt matter what triggered the griefing, the game should be reviewed by valve and both Void and Lina's accounts banned, pure and simple.

Ursa can pop Ultimate with scepter at any time be it silence crono or even ally spells and get dispelled by then he's one of the few heros that can escape snowball

My guess: legion and Necro are smurfs playing together and the Lena and faceless wanted to be equally toxic and throw the game. Unfortunately for them the other team was legitimately terrible. Nanosquid was just caught in the crossfire.

My only criticism, as a non-DOTA player, is I don't think at any point you've ever explained on screen what the Rapier is. It's an item, I can see that. One that evidently can be dropped when killed and picked up. And by this I can infer it is powerful in some way. But it's never been clear what makes it powerful. Fortunately that's not quite enough to detract from understanding that this was just a nutso game. These casts are some of the best, when you spend the whole first act only mildly interested at best until The Thing happens and it shifts away from a normal DOTA cast to a "what the hell is happening?" cast.

The rapier just gives you insane damage on any right clicks, and you drop it upon death ! Good on heroes who right click lots like ursa, sniper, drow - not so good on enigma or dark willow.

Same. This channel has just become a rotating yogs house at this point. Sips and Lewis are the two biggest OG Yogs left - we watch for them. Bring our beautiful lebanese boy back or just make a new scrub dota channel and let this one die for a couple of years again.

The Lina having the emotional maturity of a three year old is what caused her to grief. The Necro did some BMing to be sure, but if you really try to justify griefing by pointing at someone else and saying 'but they started it', you need to take a step back and re-evaluate your life.

i totally get it though, you are owning a game, no struggel back or they cant really do much, lets change the playfield a little so im not just wasting my time walking throught way too easy objectives (eg walking simulator games) but actually doing something, a game with a lil spice ;)
