Hey everyone! Today's video is on why I think the 2020 CLA45 (CLA45s) AMG is the perfect car for your first AMG purchase. I know the big boy cars like the C63s and E63s are very tempting, which I don't blame you, I still think if you are young and looking for a first AMG this should be your purchase before moving onto the big boys!
This is all my opinion, so you do not have to agree with me. If you have the money and want to buy a big AMG then more power to you! It is merely my suggestion based on my experience with my C63s and now this car.

I have a 2015 GLA45, my first AMG (came from MINI Cooper S). Such a fun car, loud, fast, AWD inspires confidence, and enough room for my dog lol I definitely feel like a boss when I’m in it, and no one really buys the GLA, so it’s way more rare than a lot of cars on the road.

@@jameslionlylion4872 So we've had the car for a bit now and I've been able to get some seat time in it and so far we both love it. It's still in the break in period, but you can feel the potential that's there. The thing handles amazing and we've been looking for reasons to just go for a drive. Overall I'm very impressed.

CLA 45 is always on my list. Now I'm gonna push it up the queue. I love the sound. As much as I love the antilags, the E and C 63's are kinda too loud, making it unofficial. This one's the right package.

I own both of these cars (‘17 C63s & ‘18 CLA45) and this video is spot-on!!! I love driving my CLA45. I’m sure the 4Matic has something to do with it, but I feel confident in it which makes me comfortable driving it. The C63s is gorgeous, drives very nice, but when I put down the power in it I legit get on edge. You need to scan at least 200 yards ahead of you if you gun it on the freeway even for a moment, and it’s like that very time I drive it. That feeling starts to wear on the enjoyment factor of the drive. I still wonder how a car like it is even street legal. Call me crazy but CLA45 for the win, and the 2020 looks way better than my 2018’s body style. Great video!👍

Your mad. The 17 to 19 models look significantly better than the 2020 plus models. Look at them side by side on the Side View. It went from badass to looking like grandma's luxury kia. I am getting a used one soon. 2020 plus years will not be an option for me. They look weak in comparison to the previous gen. Also what do you mean 200 yards on the highway? Is the car getting out from you making you spin out? Or what is the issue? zl1 camaros seem to be doing fine and they are way faster mat.

I have a 2020 CLA35 but this will definitely be my next upgrade. While I love the C63 I don't think I would get as much use out of that amount of horsepower.

Hey brother, great content. Cla35 amg is my first amg. I have never driven any other amg before. I know its not a handbuilt engine but the power feels just perfect and the tuning and sound by amg is perfect imo. What are your thoughts about cla35? Hopefully this wont be my last amg and i wouldnt wanna switch to tesla model 3 performance in future if mercedes makes a hybrid cla45s in future for that crazy acceleration.

The CLA 45 is really nice but honestly I love the raw power and the rear wheel factor of my c63s. The fact that I can turn the traction control off and RIP it down HWY1 here in cali, there is no better feeling. I suppose if I lived in an area where it snows c63s wouldn't make as much sense. Love the content 🤙

Hey man how you doin? I test drove the 2021 CLA45 AMG today, incredible driving experience. But the infotainment touch pad was so difficult to use. And not only that but the cars touch display actually malfunctioned. Couldn’t touch anything on the display anymore it was so weird even the guy who was with me in the test drive had a dumbfounded look on his face. Yet they wanted to charge me full MSRP 79,000 to buy it (fully optioned). Unbelievable. Reliability issues before I even bought it. Walked out. You haven’t experienced any other issues besides the other two you made a video on, have you?
