I documented Akwa Ibom during my last trip to the LAND OF PROMISE, and some of my most amazing discoveries in the beautiful oil hub with numerous tourist attractions are breathtaking.
Created in September23 September 1987, Akwa Ibom boasts of the largest crude oil reserve in Nigeria as well is a focal point in the amalgamation of Nigeria by Lord Fredrick Lugard in 1914.
I also documented here some distinguished landmarks for tourists who visit the state for recreation and other similar activities. Indeed Akwa Ibom is beautiful and boasts of the best road network in the country...
‪@WalkerDiary‬ brings you the first official but authentic documentary of AKWA IBOM in a one hour video splited into two parts.
Some of the contents in this documentary include:
Ease of doing business
cost of Living in Akwa Ibom
The Mysterious Green River in Ikot Akpa
Luxurious Housing Estate for the Rich #Popular Landmarks in Uyo Town
Tourism in Uyo
Eastern Obolo
IkotAbasi and much more.

It is fantastic to have Akwaibom develop and fulfill its potential. The people of Akwa ibom will benefit more. I hate that black and colour paint design on the hard shoulder commonly seen on Nigerian roads. It is about time they do away with it.

Akwa Ibom future lies in Tourism. All that Oil money should be channeled into Agriculture and Eco-Tourism. Just like how Dubai use their oil money to invest in Tourism

Exactly my thought too. The tourism potentials of the state is still untapped.

Mr Umoh Eno, pls add something like 12-storey building in the Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort. It can be added just after the Ibom Hotel, on the left side of it. It's just a suggestion I'm making.
@MajorrBison

I personally think, they should allow private companies to do as much as 20-25 story buildings on the shore lines. The beaches need some hotels and resorts.

For anyone who care to know... Delta State recieved more allocations than Uyo... please go to Delta and see the village it has become from Warri to Sapele to Agbo to Asaba... Nigeria'd be a beautiful place if political criminals spent evem half of the people's money on the states likewise Federal

Anytime I see anything about Akwa Ibom or Uyo, it's always about 3 things; 1. Stadium 2. Roundabout 3. Edikang Ikong Soup. How can you compare this to Dubai? Are your standards so low? Have any of these KZfaqrs ever even been to Dubai? Nigerians have gotten use to very low standards.

This is really disturbing. Inferiority complex is real with you guys.. There's 'Dubai' in Anambra, there's an "Acropolis" in another state nearby. Why do you hate your authentic self? Why do you over glamorise things and make noise over nothing. If it's not "world class, na super luxury, billionaire, mega". Stop being fake for once. Be original!!! Humility is a virtue.
