I have not been to that country but I have been to Thailand and I've met someone from Nepal. While I lived in India. I honestly think it is Buddhism Religion mindset now. These areas seem so much more at peace.

The monk life is simple and many don’t understand because we think with a different mindset of not being in a relationship, money etc. Yes I watch a YTuber similar to that guy where her foot is her hands as well and she amazing cook, drives etc We need to be grateful for what we have and stop complaining so much more to life.
