In DMZ Season 3, sniping is a must. At least for me. DMZ Sniping has to be one of my favorite ways to play recently, and a DMZ solo player...sniping really does get me out of some sticky situations.

Play a game and go for final exfil if u haven’t yet. Some of the most intense fights used to happen at final. Probably not anymore since they added personal exfils

Building 21 is some good PvP and they toned down AI this season as well. The ai used to be CRACKED

@Quesion Mark Maybe their just someone new and doesn't know they are useless? You can't sell them and they don't convert to XP when you exfil. However, IF he had a "Secure" backpack he could exfil with them and then use them to gear up his other "Active Duty" characters?? I have a friend that has like "8" Active Duty slots. That guy's "5" two plate vests would not be enough for my friends "8"slots! But knowing my friend he probably already has ALL 8 geared up with 3 plate vests, he's that good. 6/3/23 8:36 PM, I just checked the video, and yes he had 5 two plate vests, BUT he had a large backpack. He could NOT use them for ANYTHING, except to deprive other players from getting one!!! I heard another player one time, suggesting to his teamate, that he should take those things, like that and throw them away, like in the water so that NO ONE can find them!! NICE GUYS huh? Doing what they can to ruin it for all of the other players!! Yep, real nice guys!!

DMZ Challenge: I want to see you wipe out every boss on each map in one exfil. All 5 maps, start with Al Mazrah and end with Building 21. Without having to be revived by another player. You can name the video "Who's the Boss Now"

I always have a spotter when solo - you find people you normally wouldn't see. So crucial for sniping.

My best game in terms of operator kills was with the Intervention. I came into Al Mazrah solo, intending to just kill AI and level the weapon, and ended up leaving with the weapon case and a full squad of people who had been fighting over it until I downed them all and recruited them.

I love watching your movement, not JoeWo movement but the repositioning and tactical movement as s solo. I play DMZ as a solo with fill on so ... I am mostly a solo. I had a habit of going full aggro to get the thirst when often the best strategy is playing the long game. Thanks.

just so you know loochy, any sniper rifle can be one shot as long as you put the right parts on it for example for the victus XMR: XRK RISE 50 stock, 1MW ARTEMIS LASER, MACK 8 33.5 SUPER barrel, BRUEN COUNTER-OPS muzzle/suppressor, and .50 CAL EXPLOSIVE rounds

love to see sniper "challenges".. using high explosive, vs armor piercing, vs compressed, vs high velocity, vs incendiary.. what does the most damage, what works best vs Bosses..(Armor or Incendiary ? Incendiary does better on Vehicles than AP rounds, and AP is better than the rest, but i dont know about explosive for sure ).. have the two or three of you, using different ammo with the same build, otherwise. just an idea.

@Loochy Please, what is your favorite sniper rifle?? Most guys are using the MCPR but i recently saw a video on the Signal .50. The guy showed in his video that the Signal .50 is as good as any of the other snipers, even the new FJX. But the Signal 50 has one advantage that makes it better than all of the rest, it is semi-auto and can be fired very FAST. Since it shoots fast I just upgraded mine to the 7 round mag and explosive ammo. My explosive was JUST unlocked 2-3 days ago.

As a complete newb to COD and a casual player due to hours in the IRL Adult grind, I am f**kd. It's a real bn*tch to get snipped in the End Game. It was nice to hear that you revive some. Gives me hope that not everyone has that small d**k syndrome "I need big gun". But honestly, the game is sh*t for encouraging new players. But now I realise I need to practice my sniper game. I hate the trolls, especially the ones that get into 6 man teams to hunt players. I wish they had a SOLO-only PVPVE lobbies to make is a some what fair game... but even then, I play like sh*t. LOL. But hey... good for you and YT videos. GG.

This was an old comment but if you’re struggling I advise learning to snipe. Especially for less speedy aim/movement mechanics. I see a lot of newer players doing really well with the victus and the fmv raptor scope (range finds for you). I’ll often think players are way better than they are at range when they use that setup. Although be aware players like myself are learning the people that love sniping often hate being pushed.

I normally don't use a sniper since I play with 2 very good snipers. I mainly push but since we have been running into more 6man premade teams I end up packing a sniper just to have that extra gun.

100% just so I can guarantee a down on 3 plated players. Although the amount of people WITHOUT 3 plates in DMZ is pretty high in early game it seems.

If you would have paid attention to the attached helo it moved to your right following your opponents. They was moving to flank you. Going back to the high ground put you right back in their clutches. You would have been better to have taken their building. Plus you need to communicate to your partners what you’re seeing. Plus your partner didn’t make a wide enough flank. Good try by him but he ended up right in front of the pack.

( I'm newbie) How come u always have comms vest, if i make a secure backpack and keep one in there and if i die and not exfil , do i still have it ? or i need to make it every time?! thanks 🙏

Secure backpack will be lost if you die in dmz, and another player can kill u and take it. It isn't permanent once you get it.
