I'm still outraged by how underrated Chel seems to be : can't believe that OG Lola Bunny is remembered as a sex symbol when we had a smart curvy flirtatious raven-haired spicy latina (I know she's supposed to be mayan but don't pretend she wasn't played as such !) baddie around ! (Plus, that lip-bitting, tho... UNGH !!!) Also, this movie gave the PG-13 version of a SEGGS scene, so... yes... no regrets !

I mean before watching this I didn't know who Chel was but upon watching I was like "okay I get you mate". I guess I'm a bit lucky that the body type I'm most into is more attainable than something like that but I find almost all types attractive.

I remember some of my crushes were Mashiro Shiina from Sakura No Pet Na Kanojo, Misty from Pokemon, Lucy Heartfilia, and Cana Alberona from Fairytale. I had a crush on Rainbowdash from My Little Pony when I was younger too. I also remember I had a crush on Queen Beryl from Sailor Moon Also, Zakuro Fujiwara from Tokyo Mew Mew was a BIG one I was obsessed with and writing fan stories about. Zakuro influenced my art style by making drawings of nekogirls specifically foxgirls and wolfgirls. I drew anime in the years of 2015 and 2016 when I was 13 to 15 years old. I also over-exaggerated the curves and overdid it with the bust size in my drawings but anime was a big influence in my art for a short time. Now I developed a style similar to realism but I'm unsure what to call it. Also, my biggest crush of all time was Starfire. She is one month older than me since she was born in August 2001. I originally discovered her from Teen Titans but I did some drawings of her in my own style and still have a crush on her. I had another crush on Princess Bubblegum from Adventure Time. I also stopped watching anime, cartoons, and TV shows.

AN interesting fun fact when the artists went on designing Chel, the either director/producer/or boss of this movie wanted them to not make Chel too lewd for their was concept arts that had her looking sexy. And as we can see in this movie, this Chel not looking lewd!

Before these 2000s cartoons with the hour glass figure for women, skinny women were all the rage. But then later into the 2010s skinny girls got less popular and it was the girls built like the infinity symbol now. Got even more popular with anime going all in on it to an even more unhealthy degree. Maybe the animators either liked the thicker girls or tried to avoid the most popular slimmer body type so parents wouldn’t complain. But then accidentally popularized the hourglass body type. And now a bunch of movies and stuff are going back to less attractive or thicc girls to avoid the horny allegations they got or people complaining but now people will complain when they try to make them less hot and if they make em hot af they’re perpetuating harder to reach or impossible beauty standards. And yeah a lot of people are less nice to women who aren’t built like Chel or elastigirl and won’t accept any less even if they’re built like bubble bass or have no chin or muscle definition cuz they need em to look like cartoon baddies. And ur on to something with the whole lesbian thing cuz a lotta girls prob saw these cartoons and either discovered they were gay/bi, turned gay/bi, bi-curious, or are way more zesty than guys cuz these formative years included cartoons PUTTING THEIR ALL INTO THESE DRAWINGS OF GIRLS. I got female friends that had crushes on these drawings. Pretty sure there’s more queer women than men now cuz of these drawings All the while male beauty standards mostly stayed the same. Buff. Tall. Slim. Chiseled. Some looking like hairy bears or like kratos and people wanting to be them or be with them. But there have been more in favor for more feminine looking men here and there. Mostly cuz of the women who like more feminine men or just women cuz of cartoons. Femboys and or boy band looking lads. Hell I’m pretty sure twilight helped make it popular and then tumblr helped make the more feminine sexyman look hot along with silver foxes. Helped broadened it for guys I guess. Still gotta be lean or muscular or skinny and abs are a big find. For girls either be on a strict diet and either be born thicc or ur eggs are drying up. For guys, look like a movie star. Nah I never had cartoon crushes, i just liked character using ”insert power here” go brrr and sometimes magic and shit. Reason why I liked winx club, because they were beautiful fairy laides with magic and shit, but no way as a kid did i have any romantic interest in those characters.
