Anyone trying to get better.. playing with confidence is a huge thing in this game, and reversely, having strong mental when going on round loss streak is equally important. Lastly, play with intent, and practice having intent with each move. It will get faster and easier as you go. Glhf

I hate when my teammates simply give up after losing 3 rounds or so against higher ranked players

@@rohitkumar-nb5ym yes.. unfortunately we can't control others but can certainly control our mental while having a bad game

I’ve had this problem for a long time and it’s more confidence/dedication than mechanics. Just man up and take the duel, of course not every time but when you peek and anticipate someone. Also you did a great job in pointing out 0-6 and barely no mistakes, good call from you. Best vid I’ve seen from you so far. (Like 10 vids in 2 days)

no bs, for the past month I have been practicing your "coarse aim, fine aim, tap" peek method and the changes have been incredible! Tracking the head through the motion of the shot is KEY! I had my first 20 kill game yesterday! and also consistently achieving highest HS percentage on my team. Thanks Pienix! Cheers from Big Texas!

It's pretty obvious, you only jiggle against an AWP or in very specific situations where you'd be disadvantaged if you fully peeked, like against multiple enemies when you're alone.

This guy's mental is also pretty bad. Even in pro play there are better players than others but even stuff like Kyojin winning a 1v1 vs NiKo happens, just because someone might be better than you doesn't mean you can't kill them. you can't go into every fight thinking about the possibility of you losing. And also every whiff or every missed kill is not that deep to be emo about it.
@cammmlawtonАй бұрын
Sometimes your mental is shit sometimes it’s not sometimes you play like a 25k next round you play like a 2k, nothing about humans is consistent
@deekayy3222Ай бұрын
it's not about consistency, you can't control the fact you'll have bad games, bad days or just bad periods in life where your performance will drop, but it's how you approach it, pienix talked about it in other vids if you have a bad game it's up to you how you handle it, if you say it's fine it happens and go next you'll be more consistent, if you're thinking "let me change crosshair, res, video settings, sens, omg i'm so bad" you're gonna play the next game shit as well, having any doubts in your mind can be detrimental if you go into every game thinking everyone is better than you then you might as well not play the game at all also if you have consistent protocols(warm up, clearing corners, properly strafing) there's no way in hell you'll be "25k" one round and "2k" the next

@@cammmlawton nah is mental is beyond dogshit, he fully throws games on faceit, just buys scout and peeks mid every round. doesn't buy for teammates, etc.

8:30 the correct play is not to take the fight, it would be a much less risky fight for his teammate.

Once he peeked the angle he had to take the fight, otherwise his enemy would already know where he is if he tried to flee.
