Town of Salem is a social deduction game similar to Among us and Goose Goose Duck. Among Us/Goose Goose Duck allows you to play the game with up to 4-15 players, Town of Salem allows up to 15 players in a single game.

Even if the actually abbreviation for medusa is medu or med I'd still stick with saying dusa over these two because medu sounds too similar to medium's abbreviation while med is medium's abbreviation

The Arso said "you're doused 7, do NOTHING" They didn't hit ignite as they didn't need/ want to, if the CL attacked either maf or you instead, the other would vote the CL up in retaliation The CL was hoping Arso would just ignite and ruin the surv only win, hence the "NOOOOOO" at the end by them.

Cool to see this end in a surv only win. I recently got my first surv only win last week! It was 2v2 with me (surv), a jugg, an escort and another townie, I wanted to side Jugg so I just didn't vote them up. I held town hostage for 4 entire days, the entire time both townies were extremely mad and telling everyone to report me while also insulting me the whole way through. It was pretty funny to see and I'm very glad I decided to not side with those townies.

Bit of Trivia: The mode "Firestarter" is also one of the original heists that was released in Payday 2 (Hector: Firestarter) That said, I'm disappointed in a lack of thermal drills. Go get it.

I've seen/played many 100s and probably 1000s of games over the years, and I can genuinely say I've seen Dusa referred to as "medu" a maximum of maybe 10-20 times. It has always been either "Dusa" or just "Med"' and to me dusa does just sound and feel more intuitive, other ways to refer to them are a bit close to mediums for me and can cause issues.

I was 3, The Bank, the Coven Leader. It was fun to see this video in your perspective, Pipe, especially considering how funny of a match this was. Towards the end I was really considering to end it all and throw the Mafioso into you to guarantee you wouldn't win, but I didn't have the heart. btw the witching of the GA was a total accident, it was the last few seconds of the night and I wanted to witch someone, so I panicked and clicked on 7. rip P.S: mark my words pipton.... i will get my revenge for you stealing my rightful coven firestarter win!11! such betrayals shall not be tolerated.....!!!

The dusa and I were strategizing on what to do and by the 5 seconds til day mark, I realized I hadn't witched someone yet, so I blindly decided to witch someone random into 1, because 1 was an obvious choice being on the top of the list, that and I hadn't even realized that 7 was GA until I happened to check his chat logs.

"Medu" just sounds wrong. I've literally only ever seen Medusa called Dusa, or on very rare occasions med for the "I'm med, med-usa" joke.

Maf couldn't win if they wanted to win they need the surv alive and needs CL dead voted up but that leave arso to ignite. CL couldn't win they needs arso dead so killing the survivor will cause a higher chance for maf to vote out CL and the arso would press the ignite button.. Arso couldn't win they needed CL dead.

Late to the party but even in the Spanish servers it is "dusa". Hell, I've seen people say "gorgona" (gorgon) a couple times but I have NEVER seen medu. It just makes no bloody sense. In both languages "du" is the stressed syllable, so we're naturally attracted to the abbreviation that reads with stress in the same syllable as the full word.

Dusa is an abrevviation for Medusa even in other games, like Dota 2, so i think people just use it because they are used to it from other games.

i dont think you have the leverage there arso : has everyone doused cl : only needs arso out maf : will not win in any scenario and can kill you at any given time IF: CL gets voted out: arso ignites, maf kills you Arso gets voted out: CL kills maf, u both win Maf gets voted out: CL witches arso, next vote decides YOU get voted out: next vote maf decides in no scenario maf wins, so in reality, the mafia is the king maker, he chooses whoever wins, by not killing you and fully knowing u wont vote, he chose a surv only win (which is better than a mafia loss obviously)
