Warzone DMZ mode is like a box of chocolates... you never know what you're going to get! In today's run, I'm playing w/ ‪@Stodeh‬ who needs to find a GPU to extract with, but things don't go to plan and we end up fighting squads in order to extract with an extreme amount of loot and cash! The funniest and best way to play the DMZ mode, is to only ever kill other actual human players if you absolutely have to. Convincing them to join your squad whether they actually can in the 6 man squad or just stay with you for the remainder of the game is actually the funniest way to play. My record is having a total of 27 guys working together as one team. We moved across the map like fireants in the armored vehicles in one big convoy and wiped out all the AI. It was the best time ever.

naaah i actually think hunting real players in DMZ is the best option ... you can check my videos i did that a lot ,looting others is so good , u have to survive in DMZ and only the strongest will stay alive

I love how DMZ it's always something different, like your engagements can be ANYWHERE and you also have to deal with another team who could have ass gear or just literal gucci loadout. This is honestly one of the best things that came to cod, i'm having a lot of fun doing some of these solo and with a full team

To be fair though.... disclaimer I've been max prestiges since the free multiplayer weekend and got all the mastery calling cards for the most part except for like maybe a quarter of the total calling card count ....Im waiting on season 2 challenges now 🤣🤣🤣

The issue with this game mode is if u dont have friends u are pretty much screwed. The missons are super hard solo because there is just so little room for error if u accedentally run into too many AI's and if u go with randoms they are hardly ever trying to do the same thing as u and run off sometimes and dont even try to work with u. I got the m13 but i havent even finished the first stronghold yet because i died both times i actually got the thing b4 i cud extract cuz i was by myself

As a solo myself (my Friends rag dmz but continue to play wz2) not related but funny how much better dmz is tbh. But I find it easier to solo no fill then try to open mic a friendly squad. Works way better than filling into a duo who don't care about your missions imo. Also act big as a solo. Shoot at the cars driving by if you have good posting and you don't wanna risk a fight. They always keep going. Try for the regular Ltv or if the chance grab the Turret one. Avoid the No door jeep and buggy as they can see you're solo easy. Just a few that have helped me. I also call in the exfil and let the Ai spawn and leave until it lands. If someone wants to take it you'll know

i primarily do my missions solo i havnt had any problems and when i did it was easily solved by teaming up with another 3 man, the missions are easy asf with even a tiny bit of planning and strongholds are simple as long as you dont rush the hold

Dmz is alot of fun as long as the other squads aren't just warzone failures looking to take their anger out on people chilling doing missions. Had 2 squads of 6 that just hung out and did contracts or fought off the ai as long as we could before extracting together. Unfortunately one of the guys fell out of the chopper and it was the final evac. Now the squad hunt contract and weapons case ? That's fair game for pvp

Actually way cooler to squad up with teams regarding the weapons case. It's painfully easy and cheap to molest someone who displays on the map fulltime because they did a mission most people are too weak to do for themselves. I can see the temptation, but it's pathetic, like most who hunt squads because they can't hack it in warzone.

They should incorporate a reputation system where you can scan players and see how likely they are to be friendly or hostile. They could use plenty of statistics to determine it. Also more faction related major events per game More randomized one time events per match Possibly faction zones and alliance systems would be interesting

Stodeh said a while back they should add a DayZ style “hero or bandit” system where if you do good stuff, you rank up a hero meter. If you kill people unprovoked then you start a bandit streak etc.

This is exactly what GTA5 online does. It would be perfect for this. It shows players on maps that are red which is to clarify if they are just killing people or up to no good. Would make so much sense for DMZ

i love when i play DMZ and get teamates who are afk for 5 minutes, dont even try to communicate (not even with pings) and the enemies are absolute sweats while my team are still trying to figure out which button is to shoot

Here is a tip from a Veteran Solo DMZ player, the Sniper Rifle is your best friend. Use a sniper with a silencer and stick and move. Also use a spotter scope.

@FYINDICATORS Same here. I use the Raptor scope, Brun Counter Ops Suppressor, a 9 rd mag, .50 Anti Armor bullets and a Xrk stock. The MCPR-300 is also a killer. I have a Ftac Reaper suppressor, 22" Omx-456 barrel, .300 mag overpressured bullets, a Raptor Scope and a Cronen Smooth Bolt.

That's why I love DMZ, as a casual player there's so less toxicity in general, and you rarely have to actually kill someone, instead you can even join them. Have fun, a playful mode for actual players that don't want to be super best pros flexing their 360 no scopes on "dumb noobs".

BTW, the GPU has a high chance of spawning in the city, but it's easer to go for the top rooms on the hotel in Sawa Village, we found 2 there

DMZ is such good fun and very challenging. You have to think fast yo survive it. I can't stop playing it..I've reached level 235 playing it solo and has so many memorable deployments it's unreal. The skills you learn solo are priceless trust me . Happy Xmas soldiers

I started going solo only 2 days ago , and you are correct,,it is fun ,and it's teaching me new skills ,my stealth kills are rising fast ,. I love doing my meela finishes,, something I can hardly do in a team , because without fail , someone always starts shooting at AIs,for no reason other than that they can see em , then it's like ya in a hornets nest of AIs ,not much chance of doing a finisher now. Hence to why I have started going solo. Yes I 2nd everything you said.

All of my friends hate dmz, but i love it so i solo most of the time. I do die A LOT. But i had the best game yesterday: where i killed a guy who was away from his team, and i took his dog tags. Later a squad hunted me via contract, but somehow i solod them and got the best loot and equipment i have ever seen in one spot. Then i did the weapon crate mission (where you have to kill the juggernaut). Sped to an extraction point that has an attack chopper (to see where players are based on where it is shooting). And successfully extracted with no time to spare. The best match i ever had

I needed 3 self rez before because I got caught in the gas w/ no plates and i used all 3 to make it out to the last evac. Multiple self rez are great for having two downed teammates and fighting a full team of 3. Roof tops and rpgs are your friend👌

The craziest thing about the RNG in dmz is that when there's a mission on the items you need to get it N E V E R spawns, but the moment you don't need to get those items no more it appears everywhere. I literally spent 30 hours running around looking for a gpu. No luck, so I swap contracts and probably a week later the gpu started to appear again 🙃

I play DMZ because i am able to stay in the game for longer war zone quads usually ends to quick atleast for me if they were to add some type of free zombies content or a game mode that has zombies, almost like haunting of verdansk, but more and more zombies (I’d be very happy lol )

My absolute favorite thing in DMZ to do is to stalk enemy squads. Sneak, slowly retrace their steps, avoid bots who reveal your position, then when they are distracted, perform a coordinated attack and mercilessly execute them before they get a chance to react. Even better if you assassinate them. It would definitely make for an interesting video idea

5:50 they really need to fix loot de-spawn. If a player quits or crashes their loot needs to stay. And the time out needs to be the end of the round. Too many times I’ve gone to clean up a kill and the stuff disappears while I’m running to it.

As much as I agree with the bag thing they need to fix the spawns first You shouldn't be able to run over n start a fight with another real team asap. In some situations you can get sniped right off the jump. It's actually in the spot he spawned at first. Exfil camping is whatever it's apart of the process.

@@90sBaby. Great point! The spawn points need to be more random. I don’t know how many teams spawn for each game, though. They need to be spread out to some extent. My fav is when I spawn on the complete opposite corner of the mission I have active. 🤦🏻‍♂️

@@DurfDiggler yeah I have spawned semi into the map like almost in Hydro and around the caves down the hill a few times, But other than that it seems really set on edge of the map only to be the same exact ones lol. I like the idea of random spawns and some cities on the edge but not the coast could be a spawn. The bag thing really does need to be fixed though as well. Even if it's on a timer but it shouldn't be when they leave

I was finally getting over cod (have been since advanced warfare really). This year I wasn't going to bother at all but man am I glad I got it because cod mw2 is the only game I play now thanks to dmz. I only play solo because I just ain't a people person but I'm having a hella good time.
