Yep, we're talking about spinners. If you've ever gotten a dental implant very close to depth, only to have it stop going in and start spinning in the hole, you know the agony. In this video, we'll cover why spinners happen, how to avoid them, and what to do if your implant stops going deeper in the osteotomy.
