The web app is available everywhere, but you're right the mobile app isn't available in the EU yet. That will be changing in the next month or so!

also dont recomen limiting kick and base together if any elements play alone during break when the drop comes they lose mass just when most is required

and using short triger for side chain will make u not be able to give bass volume without drown the kick

The idea is that neither of them lose mass but rather the addition peak volume is controlled when they are playing together which will result in more 'mass' and a controlled level that can then be pushed into the mastering chain for maximum perceived loudness.
